Location, cleanliness, decor of the rm and lobby. Access to the bldg. Sitting areaS outside. Loved the Samsung TV..the clarity and color was amazing..Breakfast each morning different and delicious and delightful 😊

Had called the front desk and no answer. Also, Came in and wanted to have some coffee and the containers were gone this night the night before it was Luke warm. I usually enjoy their coffee being available thru out the day/evening

Room very clean, nice modern décor, vinyl planks floor, A/C very quiet and comfortable, bed firm and comfortable, very large Samsung HDTV with good picture quality, free breakfast good, sausage very tasty, has a auto pancake machine very cool and the pancakes taste good, parking very close to front and back entrances, free fruits and coffee in the lobby, very clean bathroom counter and towels, shampoo and body wash from dispensers so less waste, surprisingly has a night light in the bathroom.

Price could be a little lower. No closet but the hanging area looks okay.

Big rooms. Clean. Bright. Outdoor sitting area. Nice craft beer selection.

The outdoor upholstered furniture was damp after a bad storm. Perhaps when that weather is predicted it could be covered. Could not be used the next day.

We booked a hearing impaired room online because it was bigger than the other rooms by 100 ft.², but didn’t end up in that room. Wasn’t a real problem for us but it’s not what we’ve booked. Did not affect our satisfaction rating at all. Had a great stay.

Locationnn be perfect for our needs. The facility was in excellent condition. Light bright and airy and it was a beautiful location very close to everything we needed. It offered a great breakfast and a good selection and the staff was happy to serve you.

The facility was new so it hadn’t had a chance to age We found no negatives except when we put the address in our gps it took us to parts unknown. We called the hotel and they straightened us out. That was really the only negative.

It was clean and tidy. Very cute decor throughout.

Bunch of small maintenance items. Shower was very noisy. GFCI plug in bathroom buzzed which means there is a short.

Like the location and Hilton's Covid procedures. Breakfast within Covid restrictions was very well done with good choices.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was very, very difficult to use. It was way back in the corner and took more than a gentle squeeze to get anything out. Two chairs would have been nice for two people. Controls on the HVAC system were sorely limited. When it turned on, it changed to high fan even though we had set to low. Very noisy. Would have preferred to have an off setting especially to sleep. We tried to do pre-check in to get touchless phone keys, but we're unable to get it to work. That may have been because of Booking.com booking, but it didn't work for us..

I love the design, very fun and appealing to the eye. Entering the lobby, was inviting, fresh and clean. The staff was friendly, and attentive. The front desk receptionist was relatable with a smile.

Everything was great and the staff was super friendly. Well done. I stay in Staunton on my way South often over the past 15 years and this was my first stay at Tru. I will definitely be back.

Breakfast was above average in this price range. Having English muffins as well as bagels, having cheese and spice sauce for the scrambled eggs, multiple juice choices, good coffee available 24/7.

Lighter blanket option. In the summer, the quilt is too heavy and a sheet is too light.
