I have been staying at the property because of a short term project with highway improvements that will soon occur in area. The hotel was central to my work area off of I-81. I have stayed in 4 different rooms in my 8 weeks of working in area. I have had no problems either online booking or front desk check-ins. The facility did have some minor issues. The housekeeping was very helpful, both working day times and night times.

Leaking shower heads. No tub stoppers that worked. Batteries to remotes not always working. Minor things compared to cost of rooms with king size beds,no bedbugs,hot water, working appliances.

You have a really lovely young lady working at the front desk, named Amy!! She went above and beyond and should get a raise!! She went out of her way to see that I got to the hospital for my surgery; when we discovered no cabs were running!! I am truly grateful for her!! And when I had to stay two days beyond my original booking cause my car broke down, she was again very helpful!!

The only thing I didn't like was the wifi internet service!! It was either too slow or I couldn't get on!! I've stayed multiple times before this one and an upgrade to the internet service would be great!! Oh, and I ended up having to stay on a weekend night and the cost was a lot higher than the other days..I think it shouldn't have been so much higher than during the rest of the week!! And of course due to COVID-19 there was no breakfast which is understandable but should be noted somewhere before the stay..

It was very quiet considering we were directly on the highway. It was clean.

Zero amenities in room. No coffee maker. No bag for laundry. Outlet broken beside bed so usb charging station didn't work. No other accessible outlets in room. We specifically left DO NOT DISTURB sign on door but staff entered room anyway and made beds. Blankets were so thin I had to borrow a quilt for the remainder of my stay. No free breakfast as advertised. Parking area did not feel safe.

The room smelled like smoke and they never had the heat turned on and the room was cold but after we turn on the the heat and sprayed the room it was fine,they forgot to give us the wifi pass word
