We liked the home style look of it on the outside. We liked the clean look And the clean smell,--which means a Lot to my wife. We liked that it was on a hill overlooking the city. We liked the breakfast. We liked the staff. We liked the beds. I like the technology that doesn't allow the mirror to fog up when taking a hot shower.

Dim lighting in bathroom. . We would've liked an overhead light or a brighter light above the sink. Pulling out at the bottom of the hill was a little scary. The visibility when looking to the left is poor.

The hotel cleaned daily without request as some hotels now do. The free breakfast was great. Location was a close drive into downtown. There was an employee named Tanya who went above and beyond for us as guests. She was so friendly and wonderful, she really made the stay amazing with her amazing customer service.

There were a few small things like hair found on the bathroom walls & a small hold in the bathroom wall where something had once been that hadn't been patched yet. But that's about it.

What I liked about the hotel was the staff. The receptionists we're awesome, very helpful, and took care of myself and family. Upon arrival, my information was pulled and check in was quick. I can't remember the young lady at the desk name, but she was awesome as well. She was very helpful, and helped us transfer to another room. She offered us cookies (which we love cookies). Very hospitable. Also, our son left his jacket in the closet, and Luke was able to retrieve it, and we had family friends to come pick it up. We greatly appreciate him, and all the staff that was there to help us.

The first room we had 109 was had a foul smell from the carpet. Was able to transfer to another room 104 and was comfortable for the rest of the night.

This hotel is in a great location! It’s away from the highway so quiet and up a small hill with a great view of the mountains in the distance! Many restaurants in the area and the downtown area. Breakfast area has beautiful unique tables! Breakfast hot offerings scrambled eggs,sausage,waffles and the other cold usuals. Coffee service is a fun plus!

Lighting in bathroom needs to be better. In room 201 outlet box near the sink/vanity needs to be fixed, as does an exposed box above the mirror in the bathroom.

The Room was very Big , felt homey instead of feeling like a hotel or felt like home away from home,, tons of space, we had a room with the jacuzzi tub it was AMAZING 🤩😍 Very relaxing was able to relax in the tub and watch TV at the same time, king size bed was very comfortable definitely coming back

Everything was pretty much exceptional except when we had breakfast the orange juice tasted very very sour I think it was out dated other than that everything was great no complaints at all

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good, needed to be more eggs and sausage. The hotel was very clean! We would stay here again, for sure!!

We really liked the location of the hotel, especially its short distance from the main highway making it quiet and convenient. The breakfast area was homey and we used it to play cards with friends the evening of our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and informative when we arrived and checked in - plus there were freshly made cookies for us when we checked in! The breakfast was a good buffet spread and plenty of room to enjoy it.

The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled by a novice remodeler. There was missing grout in the floor, the new halo mirror was extremely dim for some reason, the walls showed a lumpy spackling job. But everything was clean & operational.

Clean comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay, though it was only 1 night. The suite was quite large. The view of the mountains was mostly obstructed by the roof, but we didn't stay to sit and stare out the window so it didn't bother us. We thought it quite good value for the money.
