Very comfy beds! Great location just off the interstate with some nice eateries within walking distance. Friendly staff and nice breakfast options. The fitness center had a nice variety of dumbbells, too.

The breakfast--while ideal for people who enjoy heavier food--could be improved by offering fresh fruit and not instant oatmeal (real oatmeal would be better). They ran out of milk, so I had no choice but to eat sugary instant oatmeal. Also, the breakfast attendants were outside smoking (three of them) by the front door, which --to me-- is disgusting and not a welcoming sight for people visiting.

I can not brag on the staff here enough. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft while trying to hold the door for someone else. Of course I went into panic mode because my daughter and I were 6 hours from home with no one to bring us a spare key. The manager and night shift desk clerk immediately took action to help me. They comforted me and began making calls to help me retrieve my keys. In the end the fire dept had to be the ones to do it but the hotel staff went above and beyond making calls and getting things in motion. I can not thank them enough for taking care of us. Aside from all that , the hotel is pet friendly, super clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the day staff was just as great as the night staff. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Can not say anything negative because it was all wonderful.

I was pleased that Dennis Campbell was able to make the change in the time that we required. he has a wonderful disposition and demeanor. he noted the things that he is going to have Mr. Johnson the Maintenace person on staff address. while the stay was very short it was a joy to have meet Dennis, and should I need to return I will choose the comfort Inn.

Breakfast was very decent with several choices for everyone, yet the coffee was too bad for the hotel of this quality, so many other worse places could boast of better blends! Please make better coffee, please!

Everything was really fine except morning coffee.

the front desk and hospitality personnel were wonderful. clean front area and breakfast area clean. the hospitality personnel did an excellent job of restocking breakfast and insuring the food stayed hot. a nice variety was offered

The room was not up to standards. The lights were on when I arrived. The temperature was set to 80. The floors had not been vacuumed. If the front desk was not so accommodating I would have requested another room

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. And the location has easy access to everything you need.

The only complaint was the towel.kept falling off the wall and curtains would not close. But that is a trivial complaint. Nothing I could not deal with. Overall a great stay.

Location to a wedding in Crozet

The power was off 7+ hours Took quite a long time for power company to arrive. The Comfort Inn Staff did a super job making guests as comfortable as possible

The room was very comfortable.

I feel the lobby and hallway leading to the elevator needs to be updated and brighter. Looks dingy and I feel the staff need to be in some type of uniform not Street cloths.

The very nice staff, the price was very good for the room, and also the level of comfort we recieved. Breakfast was wonderfull, with fruit and fresh coffee and lots of options to choose from. Those where two very nice nights we spend there.

Bathroom had lots of hairs laying on the floor.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and our room was very clean. Breakfast was fully stocked with eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, bagels, cereals, coffees, juices, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, biscuits with ham and cheese and burritos ready for the microwave. The woman taking care of breakfast was fast, efficient, and friendly.

The ONLY thing was our bathroom mirror had not been cleaned.
