Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast selection

I would like to see a reduction in disposable plates, cups and silverware at breakfast. This seemed very wasteful. It was difficult to find information on where the shuttle bus picked up from at the airport, with the result that we waited at the wrong stop and missed our stop first time around. Given that there are no signs indicating which hotel picks up from which stop, ideally it would have been great if the bus had stopped at both 2c and 2g.

Airport shuttle was good, excellent complimentary breakfast, courteous staff, nice clean room, very comfortable bedding, modern bathroom, clean property, friendly staff, two elevators. It’s a perfect place to crash for a night before or after the flight. Also, a perfect place for a family outing.

Had difficulty in finding a parking spot as there were hundreds of cars parked in the parking lot. However, hotel has a huge parking lot and eventually found some vacant spots at the far corner.

Staff were amazing. The young lady who met us at the desk after a horrible day flying with United, was so helpful and kind in getting us checked in. The staff who helped with breakfast were also amazing. Great choices and hot. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet even though they were remodeling rooms nearby.

The breakfast was good and well stocked and the eating area was clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. We were there for a softball tournament and one of the front desk staff gave them a pep talk the day (on his day off!!) and we were all so impressed with his genuine caring nature. The lobby eating area/lounge was perfect for a late evening team parent get together.

The back elevator was a little temperamental.

Wonderful shuttle service (every thirty minutes and you can call directly from the airport for free, it's very helpful if you don't own an American sim card), it's close to the airport and there's everything you need before departure or after arrival. Great breakfast, very helpful staff.

Cleanliness is good, breakfast options are reasonably good, very convenient location and the airport shuttle service.

A microwave oven would have been helpful. Providing basic conveniences like a tooth brush kit, shaving kit would be helpful for one night business travellers.

Shuttle bus from the airport was quick, easy and free. There are phones just after the airport baggage claim where you can make a free call to the hotel and then they send out the shuttle. The room was spacious and comfortable. Overall good cheap option for an overnight stay at the airport.

Breakfast was not fantastic, and it was disappointing that all the cutlery was disposable plastic, so not very environmentally friendly.

All of the staff, from the front desk (day and night) to breakfast staff and maids were very friendly.

The light in the bathroom started blinking on and off at night on the 2nd night. It was like being in a horror story. I didn't bother to call for maintenance because we were tired and ready to go to bed.

Everything was perfect. I'm a light eater so English muffins and bagels for breakfast was great. The room was big and spacious, huge TV, very quiet, very friendly staff.

I didn't see an American breakfast, but I'm not sure if it was possible. There was nothing to walk to.

The very best thing was the night we stayed here we didn't hear a single jet sound and the hotel is adjacent to the airport. Great place to park the car when flying out of Dulles. Shuttle was punctual and clean. Driver was good. Breakfast was very good--clean, many choices, and tasty.
