Best Western Dulles Airport Inn

An easy choice if you need something near the Dulles airport. The shuttle was free and came every 30 minutes. They have a second shuttle they share that also comes more frequently. Room size was fairly big for two double beds. I loved that they already had the AC going for us as it was a hot day. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Even had a microwave and mini fridge under the bathroom sink. The highlight was the breakfast. Rather than a few pastries and coffee, they had eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, waffles to make, cereal, oatmeal and more. A good spread for a cheaper airport hotel. They also had hot coffee available all day and fresh ice water in the lobby. I saw plenty of snacks and even frozen meals for purchase in the lobby too. I'd definitely stay here again for any of my Dulles connections.

Shuttle wait time was a little longer that I would have liked. Not too much nearby to walk to but Uber Eats was easy.

Was close enough to Dulles airport and had free shuttle service to and from the airport. Also had good breakfast included in the room rate. The staff were all great and good customer service.

Not a big deal at all, their microwave and refrigerator were in the cabinet below the sink, and the TV did not connect to the WiFi network for airplay/screen mirroring. But again that’s a teeny tiny things which were my issues and could have been solved if I had not forgotten to bring my hdmi cable.

The booking was as easy as could be.

I was out of the country with NO access to internet. Three (3) of my traveling companions tested positive for covid and had to remain in Italy. I had no way to delete the booking or to re-book. The main reason for this booking was shuttle service. When I called to request the shuttle, I was told a 20 minute wait. No shuttle appeared at the 30 minute mark so I called again. I was again told a 20 minute wait which turned out to be closer to 30 minutes. When the shuttle did appear I was taken to the wrong hotel. Again, a 20 minute wait to be taken to the correct hotel.

From start to finish everything was excellent, the staff at check in were very friendly, polite and professional. The room was excellent, very comfortable and definately one of the best rooms I stayed in during my trip. I was impressed by the attention to detail, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and the choice was excellent, in the evenings I used the Holiday Inn bar and restaurant which was a short walk across the car park. There was also a petrol station and convenience store within walking distance. The hotel was close to the airport and Interstate but very quiet. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to everyone, great quality and location. A special mention to the reception staff, they were excellent. 5 Stars all round. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

No negatives at all

the room was very clean. The staff work very hard to get those rooms ready for the next guest. They are very friendly and helpful when I needed extra shampoo or an extra towel. Breakfast was hot and with a variety of offerings. You can tell that the manager knows how to run the hotel. He had impecable manners, very courteous and willing to help you right a way. His management style is evident and a reflection on his staff work ethics. His staff are happy working in the hotel and the feel was of a high end hotel. Great service!

We would like to see a true non smoking hotel. You can’t smoke in the rooms but people smoked in the open hallways. This is uncomfortable for non smokers and for people that CANT BE AROUND SMOKE for heath reasons. The hotel is beautiful, with great verandas that are only enjoyed by the smokers. We had to stay inside our room to avoid the smoke. The property architecture is such that it would very easily could be divided in half: one building for smokers and one for non smokers. We would come back if the issue was taken into consideration.

Breakfast very nice

Hotel shuttle, it very hard to contact hotel for picking up at airport if you tourist international and don not have usa sim card to call hotel . I waited hotel shuttle one hour and changed to use taxi service to hotel. I suggest that you should have hotel shuttel to airport every thirty minitue as like Hilltion, marriot etc. there are no resturants and gorcery.

We had a very early flight (5:30am) and the shuttle service was excellent. We also had a late return (midnight) and we were able to call the hotel and get a ride from the airport to the hotel with another shuttle bus service (Hampton Inn) even tho Best Western didn't have a late night shuttle.

A ground floor room for two older ladies with suitcases would have been better--there was no elevator, and we had to carry our bags up several flights of stairs...the on-site parking was $6/day, not bad, but I would have preferred it to be included!

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice full breakfast was a surprise. The morning staff helped me print a shipping label, and then made sure the package was picked up by UPS. The airport shuttle was right on time. I'd return.

At first i was assigned a second floor room, but this is an airport hotel and I had heavy luggage. My flights were late and I got in around midnight. No elevators. I asked if I could get moved to the first floor and they figured out a way. So it all ended well

Clean, simple and straight to the point. I needed to use the shuttle early in the morning and I was originally on the second floor but they were able to switch me on the first. It's the little things like this that count, especially when they don't have an elevator. As of this time, long-term parking is $8 a night, which depending on your stay and travel length is a pretty good deal in my opinion. Overall, a great experience.

In spite of my post-midnight arrival, the desk staff was ready with my reservation. She was also very helpful in getting me the taxi shuttle from the airport. And the room was very quiet, so I had no trouble sleeping, even with possible reverse jetlag.

No matter where I booked my lodging, I would like to have received bonus points on my BW account; booking.com isn't to blame for this, but BW should always give points for someone staying with a BW rewards card. Again, this is NOT Booking.com's fault, but you asked what I didn't like.
