It was convenient. Breakfast was very good on Saturday and just OK on Sunday.

Rooms with pets were beside rooms without. Dogs were barking and disturbing us. I recommend dedicating 1 floor to pets separated from other guests. Housekeeping did not service our room in between nights.

Room size and cleanliness.

Front desk communications need improvement. At check-in we requested housekeeping, front desk duly recorded it, and the next day there was no service until we asked why no one had shown up. Same issue with the hotel shuttle service: front desk provided information on the schedule, advised that they would inform when the shuttle was ready to leave, and then forgot about it. This needlessly wasted a few hours. Breakfast is typical for many hotels and not good quality. One day there was no choice of meatless protein (ham in the eggs; sausages).

The location, free breakfast, kind and caring staff and amenities is what keeps me coming back time and time again to this hotel. The rooms are always clean, well stocked, and spacious. The staff is always there to help with anything you need.

Pool could have been warmer. It is an indoor pool but was very cold. My 18 month old loves swimming and he could only stay in a couple minutes before shivering. My previous experience with this hotel and this pool have not been like this. Previous trips the pool has been perfect temperature.

My wife traveled alone with our toddler daughter from the other side of the world. After a long trip, they didn't want to drive to their final destination and needed to rest and recuperate from the long trip (20+ hours). As a mom traveling alone with our daughter, she wanted a clean and secure place near the airport. The hotel staff was super and the space was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Whirlpool bath was fun. Decent breakfast with waffles, cereal, toast and muffins, yoghurts and eggs. Desk staff were happy to grant us check out an hour late at 1pm which was extremely helpful. Ideally located for easy access to Dulles airport — we didn’t used the shuttle as we’re returning a hire car.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to obey target temperature at all but room remained a reasonable 70°F throughout so wasn’t a problem.

I liked everything about the hotel. The location, staff, breakfast, and cleanliness of the hotel.

I didn't see anything that I didn't like about the hotel. I will stay there again and I will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

What differentiated our stay from many other airport hotels in the USA were the very helpul and responsive staff (all reception staff and most of the shuttle drivers too). Marshall in reception was especially welcoming.

Great breakfast, good selection and thoughtfully presented. The woman tending the area did a wonderful job of keeping the items well-stocked and also maintained the area nice and clean.

The staff is great, comfortable stay, clean for the most part - but property in a serious need of an update. The chairs and rug in the reception area need a good cleaning. Reception area is a first impression and it’s shabby.

After my business meeting, we wanted to wind down and relax in the jacuzzi. We attempted to do this but were disturbed by a ringing phone. We tried to ignore it but the continuous calling had me attempt to reach the phone before it stopped. To no avail, I then rejoined my partner in the tub only to be disturbed again by the phone. This time I reached it in time only to be told that the room beneath us was complaining about water leaking. The desk attendant asked if they could inspect the room in the middle of us attempting to wind down for the evening at 11pm, but then told us that they would just check it after we left. On top of all of that three (3) of the jets in the tub were inoperable so the massage experience was lacking the full effect.

The location was great. They provided free shuttle service even past midnight. The staff was kind. The breakfast included was wonderful. It is a bit outdated hotel but other than that it was a great stay.
