We were satisfied, however we would prefer to be on a lower floor on our next visit. We did not interact much with staff but our check in was seamless and the location of the hotel met our needs to reach specific areas of the beach. Our next visit is (9/2 - 9/4/23) where we will request a lower floor.

I did not ask this bonus question from the survey "Bonus Question – You stated a preference during booking to have parking at no additional cost. Was Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront able to fulfill your request?" I asked for foam pillows and my request was accommodated.

The room was overall pretty nice for a 3-star hotel. We had a great view of the beach. The complimentary breakfast was good. Easy access to the swimming pool and on-site laundry. One randomly awesome perk, was there was a water bottle refill station just a few feet from our room which was great.

The floor had a stain on it. The shower leaked into the bathroom floor drain, which was weird, even though it was for the handicapped. Wi-Fi was tricky to set up.

The location was right on the beach it was great.

The beds/pillows were uncomfortable. The TV's didn't work well, they never connected to the internet. We also wish we had screen doors to the balcony; we ended up with bugs infesting the room. They took care of the bugs quickly, to their credit. A screen door would've prevented it altogether.

The view! Frontline of the Ocean and we saw dolphins several times from our balcony (we live in the desert so it is a big deal to us). Spacious room, nicely appointed. We wish we could've stayed several more nights to enjoy the boardwalk and the beach. An added bonus was the restaurants and coffee shops in the area were generally good. Our stay included the breakfast which was basic but took care of our needs.

Generally the room was quiet and comfortable but we had a night of the neighbors from hell. The front desk did not blow us off and acted concerned when we reported them.

Every employee was nice and helpful. We stayed in the larger king suite, and it was perfect,clean and comfortable for the 3 of us! Bedroom is partitioned off with a sliding door from living room so they each have some privacy and their own T.V. All rooms have balconies facing the ocean.You are right on the beach,boardwalk and close to the pier which is really convenient. Breakfast was excellent! Plenty of hot/cold options. Pool area was nice- and saw security every night patrolling the grounds. Employees were working constantly to ensure everything was in tip top shape. Very impressed with the cleanliness.

Not really anything negative to say... mattress on the couch pull out bed was uncomfortable, but it was very clean. I expected to pull the cushion off and find a pile of crumbs and trash but to my surprise it was absolutely spotless. Thought the price was a little high, but in all reality for the location, level of comfort, cleanliness and convince it can't be beat!

I loved the showers so much! Such a small detail to the room, but I loved the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash being on the wall and the glass doors! I loved how everything looked! I loved our room layout and the pool was nice too. breakfast was wonderful as well. The staff was extremely friendly too. The young lady that checked us in was so sweet and super nice.

The only thing I don’t like is that my air conditioner couldn’t go below 64 but in my moms room, hers went to 60. I am hot natured so I love a cool room! Also, totally hate that the parking garage has no elevator. Other than that I have no complaints!

Ocean front was amazing!! The front desk staff, especially the lady, was top notch. Any problem we had she was on it. Her suggestions were well taken & her professionalism was A rated. Efficiency by the front desk lady was incredible.

There was no elevator from the garage. If our 3rd party would have come, he would of had a very hard time. The air conditioning seemed to be turned down & the hallways were extremely hot. When we first got to our room, it smelled like weed. Front desk lady cleaned it up right away. She was awesome, Even offered to move us.

Ubicacion

Everything is very good, however, I only have a complaint. The reserve did in my Credict Card during the increase, have not reversed yet. His amount is $100 and still appearing this charge in my account. It supposed to be reversed in the Check Out, but, It's not happened. Could you correct this issue?

The staff was very professional and kind! The oceanfront view was spectacular. The complimentary breakfast was great, it definitely helps with making things a little more convenient in the morning time if you have activities planned. The hotel was in a great location for the day and nighttime activities my wife and I had planned, it saved us time getting from one place to the next. The room was clean. There were no hassles checking in and out of the hotel.

No complaints

The location and the view from our room was excellent. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of variety. Staff was professional, courteous, and eager to please.

The only small issue we had was that the bathroom sink drained slowly. This did not affect our satisfaction with our experience.
