The balcony and view, the sofa bed was queen sized and room had a kitchenette, plenty of towels was provided. no bugs which is a definite plus.

Parking was provided for only one guest when in some cases there are two cars. Staff wasnt too pleasant and seemed irritated when you needed them especially the young ladies. Balcony was loose on one side which was very dangerous and the bathroom is really small , door can't close while you use the toilet and is located in the bedroom of some of the rooms.. Kitchenette only worked on one side , water was like warm the whole stay, and elevator is the only one for the place and will take a while.I guess ok for the price and view , this was my 2nd stay, and I will return because there were no bugs and that's a plus.

I love that it was close to the ocean. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The layout of the room was good.

There were dirty towels left from the previous tenants in the room. It was a little dirty, But we wiped everything down before we used it. I know that they had staffing problems, but having to go to the front desk every day to get towels and washcloths was inconvenient. Also not having someone to sweep our floor everyday was not good. ****The only other big problem that I seen was we had two families coming in and there was only one parking space so we had a $50 parking expense for one car. I believe that is something they need to address because there was extra parking that we seen that other cars with no tags were coming in and parking.

Location to beach is perfect.

Only 1 very slow elevator. Getting towels is a nightmare. Only ever given 4 even when booked a family of 6. Picture showed a full fridge. Got a mini fridge that didn't keep things to temp. Could use supplying a pan and some utensils. Would be a major improvement for the cost.

Huge room with door to the bedroom allowing for privacy. Actually decent pullout couch. Definitely will stay again.

Only 1 elevator that is very small so takes a few trips if you have a lot of people needing to use the elevator. Literally my only complaint. The rest was great.

it was ocean front and right next to all the shops an restaurants! I loved that it had a bedroom an a living room with a pull out couch so the adults got the bed room an my kids got the living room to play games in. it also had a tv in both rooms! I also loved that it had a kitchenette with a stove top, sink an microwave and plenty of cabinet space! let’s not forget the sliding glass door with the balcony to watch the ocean on!

The bathroom was super small and located in the bedroom so the kids had to come in the bedroom at night to use it an would bump into the beds since they were so close to the wall. It was not super clean but it wasn’t gross either.

Fridge: The fridge in the room could be a bit larger. Not looking for a full size - but a size or 2 up from one in room. Housekeeping: The room was overall clean - but the floor needed to be wet mopped with soapy water! My feet bottoms were absolutely BLACK after walking on the floor. Maid: Had the nerve to ask me if I was leaving her a tip!! She only cam to room on day we checked out!!!

location was good. they immediately fixed broken air conditioner in our room and found a spot for us to park after we returned from a late night dinner and lot was full our first night there.

1 very slow elevator. bathroom was very small and uncomfortable to use due to toilet and tub placement. onsite parking limited and was always full by 6 pm so we were reluctant to move our car and explore the city.

The location was Amazing!! The Place was very Clean!!

Over half our outlets didn't work in our room , the coffee pot didn't work either, our bathroom was at an angle, it was kinda small if you were a tall person

It’s right on the beach and on the strip it’s awesome

The ppl next to us at the time was loud and smoking some pot but I know u can get that right across the street so it was no surprise

It was at the beach front...1 minute walk. I was able to check in one hour early. I love that they have parking also

The blankets on the mattress not very comfy. If replaced with new, better one ones, then it would be very nice and confortable
