Location was great, breakfast was great, it was very affordable, rooms have beautiful ocean views, and staff was friendly and helpful!

The pool was supposed to be open-I called the day before to make sure it was. it was open at first on our first day but by that night it was broken and closed. it opened back up part way through the next day. Then it closed again the following day during the later part of the day. The next day it was open in the morning. We left that day so I’m not sure how long it stayed open that day. it kept breaking and being closed for maintenance. Our shower also was extremely difficult to get hot water out of. We finally found where you had to place it to get the warm water, but it wasn’t in the normal place instead it was smack dab in the middle.

Everything! Location and view was great. Staff was so courteous, helpful, and professional. whole facility was so clean when we arrived and on going. Breakfast was hot every day and there was a wonderful variety. The bed very comfortable and our unit was very clean. This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again!

Only down side is that the pool was closed for renovations and the $25 nightly charge for housekeeping. Staff stopped by daily to see if we needed towels and to remove trash but that was it. $25 added up as we stayed for the week.

Location was perfect for all our needs. Absolutely loved the hotel. Very friendly staff

Pool could be a tad bit bigger or another pool option inside or outside to accommodate the amount of people that stay there. Hot tub option would be nice. Parking garage is very tight for a bigger vehicle. We had a Chevy Suburban and had to limit our vacation adventures due to not being able to maneuver very easy parking on the 4th floor. Cleaning the room in full after the second night rather then 3rd night is more beneficial for us seeing we were only there 4 nights. Should be based on per stay not in general.

Hot breakfast was very good. Food better than most other places. The convenience of walking onto the beach was great. Housekeeping and guest services were very responsive to our requests. Many meal options in WALking distance

The refrigerator was missing a shelf and the door was missing the covers to hold items in place so this was very inconvenient as a family of 5 storing beverages and food. They promised to address this in the morning but no one took care of it for the entire stay. Roach crawled from behind the headboard and that was unnerving. They removed the headboard, removed the roach and sprayed the wall b4 reattaching and that seemed to do the trick.

I thought the DIY waffle center was absolutely amazing! For some reason we got upgraded to a larger balcony suite on the seventh floor which was unexpected and amazing! Only complaint I had was parking spot on second floor of garage, parking spot was full of stagnant water due to the condensation line of air conditioning equipment being drained directly on the floor of garage. Also as a smoker I did not like there was no smoking on the balcony. Other than those two things the experience was amazing and we will return next year.

Staff was able to accommodate us to a first floor instead of the top floor. Perfect room location. Great housekeeping staff, room was clean and plenty of towels for the pool, beach and showers. Parking was easy in and out. Would definitely stay here again when we return with the grandkids.

Air condition could have been better. We would have liked to stay an extra nite, called the front desk to check if availability, lady said she was checking someone in and would call back and let me know. Never got a call. Oh well. Was still a good visit.

My family loved every thing about our visit.This place definitely it.Breakfast in the morning with a lot of different choices of food my kids really enjoyed making waffles..Then we walked str8 outside to the boardwalk an the beach..I sat on my patio at night an just relaxed an enjoyed the view..I never moved my car cause everything is in walking distance..This was the best vacation we have had in a long time..we’ll definitely be back❤️❤️❤️

Every thing location..It was clean the ppl where nice an parting on my floor was everything..

1st of all lacy at the front desk is outstanding in every way .lacy treated my wife and i like king and queen .lacy was very efficient and polite not only to us but to others as well .it is because of lacy and her staff at the country inn .we will with a dout be returning there now and ever time we come to the beach .we just loved her and the country inn .felt like home to us .thank you lacy for a stress free stay there .im spreading the word about you and the country inn here in chesterfield va ...see yall soon .

nothing could have ben better .i think LACY at the front desk and the staff were outstanding in every way .dont change one dang thing .the food the location .the view from the room .felt very secure there ..just loved everything about the country inn ...thank you lacy for making that happen .we will be back soon country inn and lacy is our hotel from here on out .

I loved the location - it's right by the board walk and you can just walk straight to the beach. The location is convenient and close to everything. The parking is convenient because it is attached to the building.

The parking spaces are too small and narrow and the ceiling clearance is very low. We have a roof rack (which isn't so big) attached to our SUV and it almost didn't fit. Our car was just a few inches below the beams and ceiling. It would be really hard to park and fit a big SUV or truck.

We love the local breakfast joints, so we only stopped in to the hotel b-fast for coffee, tea and fruit, but that was nice, very good selection. What we saw of the buffet was wonderful! So many choices! Check in was fast and easy. Front desk agent was very nice. Room was comfortable, appreciated the extra towels since there wouldn’t be housekeeping during the stay. Very ecologically smart! Maybe include two bath mats, also.
