check in was not avail till 6p. they were to reimburse me for parking and they did not. basically I pd 534 dollars for 6 hrs on the 17th. I will not recommend nor return to this facility

Have always stayed here due to location and cleanliness.

Was not happy the room wasn't ready at 4 which is check in time. We were put on a list requesting and upper floor king room we paid floor. But at 4pm our room STILL was not ready. It was nearly 5pm before it was ready. They had PLENTY of double bed rooms ready but NO king??? Had be on the check in wait list since 11:30. Why wouldn't they at SOME POINT ask for a king room to be cleaned before 4pm??? Just did not make since to me. We had been on the beach all day and came in at 4 thinking our room would be ready. We were not happy. Manager on site gave us free parking and breakfast for our troubles to help compensate.

Great location and polite and professional staff. When we entered the room the tv was on and could not be turned off. A call to the front desk had Phil the engineer in our room within 5 mins to reprogram the tv and replace the remote. Very quick service.

Carpeting needed vacuuming, especially around the sofa area. It seems the sofa is too heavy for the room cleaners and they did not vacuum underneath. There was no place to put your clothes. Only two drawers for clothes. There was no safe in the room. The price of the room was too expensive for what we received.

Balcony view was beautiful - especially sunrise. Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool was not accessible without front desk key card and pool was surprisingly cool. Clock in pool room not set correctly and wall thermometer clearly broken (110+ degrees). Room cleaning was only available once during 4 night stay. Buffet breakfast (after 9 AM) was relatively not warm (eggs, bacon). Waffles batter container is very.... slooooooooowwwwwww to fill a cup of batter - at least when batter is low. Balcony sliding door was very difficult to close from outside.

had to pay for parking each day,did know I had to pay for parking until I got there,I had to pay $80.00 on top $700.00 dollars for 4 days,typical Va beach charge you for everything,you should not have to pay for parking after for an expensive room,water was out of service for a a number of hours,no microwave in the room,my wife did not get good customer service when she when to the Starbucks downstairs,and they what no customer service so she left,working on parking lot had no where to park,limited parking.

Great location and view from balcony was beautiful. I requested a high floor and to be away from the elevator when I made the reservation. The hotel honored that request. I said we would arrive by 2. We received a text before 2 that the room was ready. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Microwave down the hall to heat food.

Double bed is too small for 2 people. Headboard is awkward. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Charged $12 to park in the hotel parking lot. I understand being charged to park in the garage. Never stayed at a hotel that charged to park in their parking lot.

We loved our room! We had a great view and the location was perfect. We also loved the Starbucks in the foyer and breakfast buffet. We'll be returning to this location in the future!

The bed were pretty soft, personally I like firmer beds, but over all it was really nice!
