breakfast was excellent fresh food. room was very cleaned beds were very comfortable. I love the pillows.

Check in is very late and check out very early. It should be all the way around. Plus if clients has to check out at 11:00 they should have the opportunity to keep park (car) until 3: pm

I like that the room was remodeled and very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. They had everything you could want for breakfast and it was good quality food, continuously replenished. Thankfully we were able to park in the lot at the front of hotel throughout our stay. The price was high, but then all the good hotels were pricey. You get what you pay for. We would definitely stay there again.

The pool was small and they only had two elevators.

Room clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Very good breakfast with a variety of foods to choose from. Nice shower with hot water. Friendly staff. Good location. Balcony with table and 2 chairs to see ocean and beach. Working fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Family friendly. Would stay again.

Small pool, but it was clean. No hot tub as advertised (learned was removed when renovated). I requested a room at least half way down hall from elevators. I got a room right off the elevator and ice machine so it got noisy at times. It was quiet at night so it wasn't as bad as I had at other hotels. Tight parking spaces but it was a good use of space.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff at breakfast always greeted you with a good morning. Everything was fresh, lots of seating. Room was large and updated. The view was beautiful, Lots of action to see from the balcony.

Check-in was late by over an hour, staff were behind cleaning rooms, bummer but we went to the beach to wait which was great. First day room was not serviced, had to call at 5pm to get new towels and tissue. Second day room was serviced but left two trash cans completely full of trash.

Everything was great, staff where amazing. It was nice and clean the view was extremely beautiful. Bonus you can hear if there's any concert goin on you can hear them from your balcony with was awesome

They should consider having plant base items for breakfast my kids and I are vegetarians and beside oatmeal breads and muffins oh and fruits we couldn't eat anything else. That would be my only disappointment other than that the breakfast staff where also very nice.

The king bed was nice and comfortable. The shower was great. Mini coffee machine and k cups in your room. Clean room!! Complete full breakfast was good and adequate for a full day of activities ahead! Coffee station was awesome! The ice machine actually worked on our floor (9th)!! Great location right on the boardwalk. They have all kinds of brochures and attraction coupon books in the lobby. They also have computers available for use in lobby for free!! We didn't go to the pool but it looked nice and clean. We will be back.

We were never able to find parking on the main property. We had to park by the 7/11 lot the whole time. The ladies lobby restroom needs more attention daily/hourly. People somehow disable the use of one stall every day and there are only 2 stalls in there. The only suggestion is that someday they install smart tv's in the room so we can stream movies at night. The current cable line up was just ok on the TV at night. However, the TV has Bluetooth for sound audio only, if you want to listen to music from your phone or laptop.

The breakfast was great with a nice variety and our view was beautiful right on the beach. We love the balcony and having the door open to listen to the ocean. It was beautiful stay

The property was clean and updated. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Best of all was the prime location. We even arrived early and I went in to see if we could just use their parking until check in time and they actually roomed us immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. This was our first stay there and we’ve already recommended it to my parents. We will be back.

The property was great but if I had to nitpick I’d say the pool was a little small and cold. It really was fine though and my kids enjoyed it.

I found out it would have been a lot cheaper booking directly with the hotel. Booking.com cost about $350 more for our 5 day stay. For the first time I felt ripped off by booking.com. Definitely looking at other options now for future trips instead of going directly with booking.com

I was told by staff that because I booked with Booking. Com, I had a handicap room, with a sign on the outside of my room that said handicap. Because I booked with Booking. Com, our room was not ready until actually 4 pm, when other rooms were ready. Sheets weren't changed. They just pulled the cover up. I didn't expect to be treated differently because I booked with Booking. Com
