Room recently refurbished, comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants near by and a short car ride to Colonial Williamsburg.

Breakfast was basic but included in good value room rate so this is not really a complaint.

this place was nice clean. We will come back in October smells everything new the breakfast man let’s little bit more item on it. Pool was nice, but we did not have chance to go to, but we will go next time.

Nice place

The room was decent and the location was good for all that we wanted to do and visit while in Williamsburg. The staff was friendly and helpful when we were asking about places to eat. Good central location.

There needs to be a designated smoking area. Walking outside the front door and smells of pot. Walking down the hall to and from our room, and smells of pot. For a non-smoker this is very off-putting. With a child, this isn't the type of environment I want my child around or near. My son spilled a soda on the top cover of the bed and the housekeeping staff did not replace the cover. Disappointing when this was a bit of extra covers. The pool water was also a bit chilly for the year and being indoor.

Everything was great. Rooms were beautiful-think newly renovated place. Breakfast was fulfilling. We even met the manager Mayur and he is super friendly.

The only thing was the staff. The manager nice but the rest of the staff did not have smiles on their faces. No good morning One complained unhappily it wasn’t her day to work but had to come in to train another person. The front desk guy who checked in was no smiles, had to greet him. Customer service is important when working in hospitality.

Right on Richmond Road, central to everything. The pool was a little cold, but didn’t stop us from having fun. Anytime we had questions, the staff was very helpful. The AC stayed cool, plenty of towels, comfy beds. Breakfast had a great mixture of hot, cold, and other choices. Full size Dove products in the bathroom were nice.

The only thing that would have made our trip perfect would be if there was a high chair in the breakfast area. Our 1.5 year old had to use a regular chair and of course, she took a tumble off of it.

Room was lovely and clean, decent mattress, A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, although it is strange to end it at 9:00 a.m. when checkout isn't until 11:00 a.m. Our adjoining rooms worked great. Didn't swim, but the pool looked lovely. Welcoming staff at front desk.

Can't help the train nearby, I guess, but one of the rooms was truly disturbed during the night by the noise of a passing train. Would love for breakfast to end later, at 10:; a.m.

Very comfortable mattress, 46” Samsung TV, lovely beside wall sconce lights, strong wifi (11 MB download speed), quiet window airco unit, breakfast included scrambled eggs/sausage/waffles/juice.

Bathroom is small, and there’s no closet or hangers. Loud train passed just a few feet from the hotel a couple of times during the night.

The room was very clean and comfy for our mini Mothers Day getaway. Our room had been recently revamped. New carpet, fresh paint, and new upgrades like led light mirrors in the bathroom and a full supply of dove products in the bathroom.

The only downfall to the stay was a very overcrowded, loud indoor swimming pool full of children. Obviously, with outdoor pools not open in mid-May, I can't complain much.

The location was perfect. Every shop, restaurant, and convenience store were all within a two mile radius. The hotel was clearly remodeled recently, so the room and furnishings were perfect. They had a nice selection for breakfast, the staff were very friendly, and the pool was also a great size and clean.
