Club Wyndham Governors Green

Breakfast is entirely unnecessary in a complex of apartments with full kitchens. Accommodations were nice except for unsafe bathrooms.

While I stayed with family in one apartment, I reserved another nearby apartment for my sister. I checked with staff that morning and paid for her apartment. I was not advised of any requirement to attend a sales pitch. Then when my sister arrived, she was forced to pay $45 to ensure her presence at a sales pitch! The pitch should have been directed toward me, not her. I am in the market to buy such an apartment. She is not. I was EMBARRASSED that my sister was forced to undergo the hour-long bludgeoning that you call sales. Please reconsider this practice of torturing your guests so you can sell another overpriced unit with unsafe bathrooms. The tub in my unit was slick and had no hand grips. The tub had a slow drain, taking 5 minutes to drain after the shower.

Lots of room, very comfortable beds, beautifully laid out

Found that the door to the main bedroom had something on it that was not cleaned off, a little concerning. A few broken/loose tiles in the kitchen. These didn't bother me but was afraid we would be blamed for them and they keep the security deposit, which is charged to a credit card at the beginning of your stay. I did not like the pressure of meeting with someone concerning a timeshare/vacation club. I did not know any better when I booked this through Booking.com, and I do not like to be put in situations like that during my vacation time.

Location was great. I was afraid that since I reserved this through Booking.com, I would be pressured to purchase a time share. I did not encounter that and am grateful to Wyndham. The room was perfect for our family gathering. Staff was pleasant. The only complaint was a family on the floor above that had a child who ran/stomped non-stop during evening hours but this was not the fault of Wyndham. I will use the experience as a reminder to ask for "top floor" in future travels.

Everything met my expectations. Wrought iron fence leading up the stairway was a bit rusted but coming from humid Florida, I understand the beast of Mother Nature.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the concierge desk who did our wrist bands and intro to the property and surrounding area. He gave us an amazing recommendation for dinner that wound up being the best meal we had during our week long, multi-state vacation. And we even received a discount at the restaurant because we were guests of the resort. Our suite was huge and very comfortable and we loved the pool, spa, fitness center, mini golf and basketball court.

The facility and the activities they offered were great. The room we had was a nice size and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and welcoming.

We were on the bottom floor and had kids in the room above us who sounded like they were in a 100 meter dash all day and night. It sounded as if no parents were in the room with them because they never sat down. I would suggest putting guest with kids on the first floor to keep other guests stay more comfortable and to allow for a better experience.

beautiful location easy access to everything

exterior could have been cleaner. for example, the railings on our patio were dirty. Our furniture was dusty. In spite of that, the condo was very nice. The beds were super comfy. the pools and hot tubs were great. Our favorite was the fire pit-so peaceful and a great way to end the evening.

The staff were professional, polite, and positive! They made us feel extremely welcome. The grounds were well manicured. We began and completed each day watching the deer grace through the grass. The rooms were a perfect fit for a family of 4. Centrally located to all the historical towns. Quiet and safe!

super clean! size of the unit itself and the rooms were great! beds were very comfortable. Did not feel or look outdated like some of the other places similar in the area. throughly enjoyed our stay

hard to see building numbers at night…well building 17. there are two trees that make the number almost impossible to see for from the parking lot. it wasn’t difficult to figure out which one it was, but it took some time to locate the number on the front of the building

The location was great. The size of the room was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved all the little walking paths and ponds. Love the options of indoor and outdoor pools. because we were traveling with six kids I really appreciated that they had board games you could check out as well as DVDs and they had mini golf! kept the kids entertained all weekend.

Considering the size of this place and all of the amenities they have, the fitness center was really sad. extremely small and barely had any equipment.

Awesome facilities. Great location. Clean. Felt like home.

High pressure time share pitch, especially after being told there would be no high pressure pitch. Staff more interested in club members and not first time guests.
