SpringHill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg

The price was good and I was satisfied with the black first.The kids liked it.It's 15 to 20 minutes from Bushgarden.

It was a little different from the amount I booked in the bookings.The reservation for two days was over 125.10 tex per day..The second room paid $139.I extended it by one day. I slept for a total of three days.I requested the price at $139.. The important thing is that on the first day, on the second day, this room has to pay $125 plus Tex..It should be paid 125.10+Tex on the first day and 125.10+Tex on the second day..The price was different on the second day. It is right to pay 139+Tex on the third day.

Property was nice and clean. I stayed here before so I knew the location was good. Rooms were clean.

There was only one elevator working which was annoying. The Breakfast bar options could have been better a lot of the options were pork even the breakfast potatoes had pork sausage in it. In this new area not everyone eats pork so me and my family weren’t really able to eat breakfast at the hotel. The night desk clerk lady was very feisty it was not to pleasant dealing with her. But the night clerk was very nice like he was last year when I was there.

The breakfast was very good and the area was very nice and quiet. The front desk was very nice and helpful . The pool was very nice and clean rooms were very clean had a lot of space beds and pillows covers were extremely comfortable the price was great for 2 rooms bathroom had Shower bath Shampoo and Conditioner and very clean towels washcloths. We Loved that we were close to the Water Park Stores and restaurants Our family will definitely Stay here Again and will recommend Others to Stay Here Thanks for the Beautiful Hospitality and Cleanest But Most of all the Caring and Welcoming Our grandchildren. There is Nothing to not like

The breakfast did not work for me. I like my Food to be well done. I reiterate that the food was not bad, just not my preference. The coffee could have been stronger. Lastly the ice cream is a nice gesture, especially if you have children. My stay was very comfortable and I felt safe. The hotel is in the center of everything. Staff was VERY NICE!

I did not like finding out about the amenities fee after the fact. The good thing is that it took 3 days to refund them.

Breakfast was good.They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon one day and patties the next. They had bagels, bread to toast, waffles, actually a big variety comparing to some other places. Walmart was like 7-8min away and Busch Gardens about 20min. Restaurants and stores were nearby so good location, literally within walking distance. The outlets was about 7 min(driving) from the hotel. We drove to Virginia Beach one day, that was about 1.5h drive.

The chlorine smell by the pool was waayyyyyy too strong.

Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Beds were comfortable. When I had a problem with my TV service, it was addressed and fixed.

4:00 pm check-in was delayed for about 30 min for some reason, but the staff was very nice and offered free drinks and snacks while we waited. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and with three girls in the room for two nights/three days, I actually ended up using a roll I happened to have packed with me.

Location, spacious room, real fast, complimentary snacks, great friendly staff.

The only issue was the pool. Once you walked into the room the chlorine just had your eyes burning! You could t be in the room for more than 10 minutes. There were a few families there but we all left one after the other. It was unbearable. All we ask is that the chemicals get checked properly and air circulation be better.

This property was more than exceptional! I absolutely will be staying again! Amazing staff, very clean comfortable and may I add large rooms. Overall amazing experience. They offer breakfast, gym, hot tub and pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience those considering we stayed one night but the one night was impeccable. Thank you Spring Hill Suites for an amazing mini vacation!

The room was great! Nice and spacious! We have stayed there before but I think they were renovated. I loved the little den area that had a tv and then another tv was over near the beds which suited us just fine traveling with the grandkids. The front staff was very friendly and very informative. Breakfast was good. Overall, great stay with great price.

Hot tub not filled. No water toys or floating devices for kids. Wish I had pancakes or waffles to go with my bacon, sausage, and eggs. I missed that.

Everything was great.The check in was fast and staff were extra friendly and helpful.Free snacks and water at check in and a departing snack when you leave.Room was excellent and bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome.Breakfast was good,too.We will be back and we will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
