The food was exceptional!!! The chef was very attentive. That was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever tasted. It was seasoned to perfection and did not have to add anything else to it. Most places that serve biscuits and gravy make it too runny and slimy and it tastes nasty. This one had the right consistency. The French toast was to die for. They had a veterans' group there, rather large. Never ran out of food and they were nice as well.

Hot Tub was out of service

The pool was open 24 hours! The hotel was very clean and well LIt!

We purchased breakfast and there were mini sprite sodas in the fridge along with the milk for the cereal so we assumed they were included with the breakfast so we all took a sprite. A lady came over to the table and lectured us on why we was not supposed to have the sprite drinks and that they were for the bar! Well we wasn’t aware they had a bar and there wasn’t anything stating that certain items in the refrigerator was off limits. About 5 mins of her ranting, we finally finished our breakfast!

The location was great. The hotel itself has recently been refurbished and updated. Carpeting and furniture appeared quite new. Breakfast buffet was okay. My husband had pancakes hot off the griddle and they were perfectly made and very good. I was happy to have some grapefruit juice.

Bathroom could have used a grab bar in the shower.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. There was plenty of parking. It was easy to get to Colonial Williamsburg from the hotel, and it was located close to a good variety of restaurants.

It was a little worrisome that the same door that was stuck during our visit last July was still stuck.

Breakfast was very good. The coffee maker was broke and there was no backup coffee maker on hand so no one got coffee on a weekend morning during breakfast. No big deal for us but other guests seemed a little disturbed. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

I love that the pool is 24 hours even though the hot tub was down during our stay. The wine bar is a great touch as well. I think you all should add more seating outside though for people to lounge. They also accommodated us when we arrived early which was awesome.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful!

There was nothing that I didn’t like. The only issue was that the tub didn’t drain properly when you take a shower. it wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t report it.

It was a great place loved being on the top floor...the room was very nice..loved the space

The only two issues I had was on the pull out sofa the mattress has stains on it...and one of the comforter had a spot of blood on it

Location was perfect

The tub didn’t drain…showered in ankle deep water! Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Pillows not comfortable. Room not as nice as would’ve expected for Hilton and the rate.

Pool and location was great!

14.00 for Breakfast, went with McDonalds instead. Wish there was couch in room.
