Breakfast was very good, the staff were fantastic at keeping everything topped up and the whole breakfast area was kept spotless. All hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was extremely clean and all without leaving the heavy smell of bleach. The location doesn't look too brilliant on google maps being next to a restaurant and a busy main road but there was very little noise. The pool is a good size. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside and this is not just for this hotel chain but others too - the shower heads are just so high and at 5'3" I cannot reach them to change the settings and have to get my husband to do it for me, hand held showers would be so much better.

Beds were comfortable, great bathroom, and the breakfast was amazing!!!

Cleaning could’ve been a bit better. Didn’t refill my coffee kuerig. Too Lock on door was broken, looked like some one had tried to break into the room previously and it was never fixed.

The brick building for right into the Williamsburg atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. The Dove brand toiletries were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and mini-store was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and the owner was kind enough to give my daughter a free bag of skittles!

The a/c leaked water onto the carpet, leaving it soaking wet in that area for our entire one-night stay.

Breakfast was true value for money! Recently forced to stay at the Ritz in St. Louis, this IMG hotel exceeded in location, amenities compared to cost, convenience, and especially and above all, friendliness and helpfulness of staff…and at a fraction of the price! Walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the East Coast.

Bath light switch linked to fan so one cannot turn on one without the other.

Well the coffee was good,but the pastries were beyond stall. That was a little disappointing to us.

Well we really enjoyed our stay,but inthe room we had,the items we set on the table,there was an ant problem,big time.We had to take all the things off the table,wipe the ants up,but they come out again and lots of them.So we just took everything off the table. But we still enjoyed our stay there and hope to get to go again soon.

They are doing some renovations so a lot of the parking spots were taken up with equipment, old furniture, and containers. If your not back by a certain time you will find yourself trying to find somewhere to park. alot of people just parked along the building in the fire lane bc there was nowhere else to park.

I was really impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room. My only 1 suggestion would be to have another light in the bathroom :) While the mirror light is awesome for getting ready, it is very bright in the middle of the night. We loved the pool and morning breakfast! We will definitely be visiting again!

i liked the staff that checked us in. the room was very nice and roomy. the bedding was so soft and comfortable and i especially liked the vanity mirror with the built in light. i am definitely buying one for my daughter

the only complaint i have is there was no body wash in the provided container in the shower.

Everything was amazing. I can always find something wrong and I couldn’t find a thing. Not even a hair in the bathroom or anything. I was stunned in this day and age where things are slipping, that a hotel could be so exceptional. The breakfast was delicious! Amazing!

first level hallway loud, people propping door open with metal bar and allowing the door to open and close while hitting it making a loud noise as they go in and out of room...especially the check out morning it was horrible from the cleaning staff
