The breakfast was excellent compare to all other hotels I stayed during my stay in states. The location is also good and all the malls & stores are quite close & walkable distance.

I have paid $200 USD as a security deposit at the time of check-in. It's been over 2 months but the hotel didn't refund the amount. I'm constantly perusing the hotel management as well as the booking.com but still no result. It is so disappointing even booking.com is not helping me out in the matter to ensure the refund.

Location to freeway and Arlington National Cemetery. Plenty of restaurants nearby, hotel was quiet

I was unaware that I could not change to a different room once I got there. I felt bad about being in a handicap accessible room when someone else may have needed it. I wasn't thrilled with there only being 1 chair in the room meaning one of us had to sit on the bed whenever we were in the room.

The rooms were clean and very nice, housekeeping was very nice and respectful

The front desk staff was not as nice, they changed the price after I paid and haven't heard back from them as to why yet, and the side door kept getting stuck when we tried to get in. Also they don't always pay attention at the front door after hours to let you in.

The soft and comfortable beds Nd waffles at breakfast.

No granola for the parfait at breakfast. And no trays for me to take my family some breakfast to the room. Also, the shower curtain was torn or worn out. Got shampoo bottle with nothing in it. Could not shampoo my hair.

When the tour buses showed up with 200 kids and it was crazy at the breakfast area When I arrived at property I had to leave an additional deposit on top of being charged for the room TRAVELER BE AWARE look at fine print on booking.com to find the hidden fees before you make reservations

Room was very clean, I liked that there were was vinyl flooring and not carpet. Water pressure in the shower was great. Room was spacious and staff was very friendly.

Breakfast bar was fabulous. Room was very comfortable.

Swimming pool hours could be more accommodating. We checked in at 7:30pm. Pool closed before we could get settled. The next day, we arrived at the pool, and was told we had to wait because the lifeguard was taking his break. When he returned, pool shut down because of one rumble of thunder. We spent the evening at family in the same community - NO other rumblings or storms until after 11 pm.

Pros-everything was perfect. especially the sparkling clean and spacious pool. Great value and spotlessly clean.

Cons-NO MINI FRIDGE IN ROOM. Ridiculous $200 security charge that they actually charged my credit card , which according to hotel clerk I won't get back for 7 to 10 days. This will definitely be a major factor in staying here again.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The accessibility of the local restaurants and attractions. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Very helpful and explained everything to me that I needed to know. The breakfast was great!
