Amazing staff (valet and housekeeping), they take care of you! BONUS: Pet-friendly and no fee. The location is great, very close to food shops. We enjoyed being close to the Nationals park and the Yards. The room was very clean and king size bed was super comfortable. We were on the 8th floor and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop bar with wonderful views.
Valet did cost $60 USD for overnight parking which is insanely high but we didn't want to fight to find parking. I was fully aware of the destination fee $30/night which is on their website (discounts for massages/facial bar/24 hour access to fitness center/local, long-distance phone calls/etc) but it's something that we'll never use.

My happiness lies with the Hotel and the accommodations. My disappointment/ issue is with Booking.com. I will never use them again for any hotel bookings in the future. Two separate times with two different hotel stays in two different States, left me with a non-booking when I checked into the hotel. They (Booking)forwarded the first room reservation (incl. credit card number) but the hotel had no evidence of subsequent reservations by me, despite several searches in the system. There should have been a total of three made at the same time. I'm done with Booking.com.
Well, after Housekeeping cleaned my room twice, they took away the used washcloths but did not replace them with clean ones. I did not like the fact that I could not call Booking.com to discuss the glitch.

the staff was outstanding, every single one, from the front desk to the restaurant. they could not have been friendlier, more cheerful, helpful or pleasant. They made our stay really nice.
The room was impeccably clean, but a bit small and poorly lit. there was no chair, but the desk provided us with one immediately. We’re seniors, so our expectations about lighting and amenities may be different from younger folks. it was also very quiet ( except for music in all public spaces) which was welcome, but the hotel wasn’t crowded.

It is a modern hotel and well designed and beautiful. The rooms are excellent and the bed was comfortable.
It was overbooked and so they moved me to a different hotel across the other side of town for the first of three nights. I was very unhappy about this after a long day of travel to arrive. However, the alternative hotel was very spectacular - a suite at the Viceroy - so I got over it. Still that is not cool.

The location was great. The room was a nice size; the bed was comfortable; enjoyed having a sitting area too.
I would have given them a ten, but I found that the lighting throughout the hotel room was dim. And my room didn't have a coffee pot--others told me they had one, but mine didn't have one. Must have been an oversight.

I loved the architecture of the hotel, the staff was beyond kind, accommodating, and the location was great! Its 30 mins Uber/lyft from The Wharf, only a 9 minute drive to most of the tourist sites to see, and it is right next to the NATS stadium. Quiet, safe location, and amazing rooftop bar! Will stay again if I’m DC and will be recommending.
the breakfast was limited and was simply pastries and hot coffee/tea BUT you can get room service hot breakfast if you call but for a price.

The location was great. It was close to most eateries and the train station was less than a 5 minute walk away!
You had to call a day in advance for clean sheets. I found a couple of stains on the covers. Every time I go to any hotel, I bring all my cleaning supplies, including Lysol spray because in situations like this one, I’ll be okay. Good thing I had an extra blanket from home!

Brand new facility
The parking garage was “full” so had to valet which cost 1/5 of the room. I think it would be fair to put that in advertising, I probably would have stayed at competitor. The room had no light after sundown, if we turned every light on in the room it still felt really dark

The location
I went to bed late and upon doing so discovered that there was NO top sheet on the bed which meant I had to sleep with just the comforter. I did NOT call the front desk as doing would have woken my daughter up

Beautiful, classy, comfortable and well organized. Great location to Nat’s field and Capitol Hill. smells good. Friendly front desk
HATED no shower door. water goes everywhere and it’s cold while you shower. Housekeeping needs to come everyday, not just on request. Covid is over, let’s move on. and we all know it’s just management being cheap. Towels are tiny.
