The unit was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It was within 2 blocks of 2 bus lines, and 6-7 blocks from the metro. Along 8th St, starting 2-3 blocks away are many restaurants. There is a small grocery store on 8th St and a Trader Joe’s across the street from the metro. The kitchen was well-equipped w cookwear. The washer/dryer was great since we traveled to NYC prior to going to DC. There was a supply cabinet in the lobby with extra toilet paper and other supplies, which we didn’t need, but would have been convenient had we needed them, instead of waiting for the Sonder staff to deliver them. The bed was comfortable.

The water pressure could have been stronger but that’s the only complaint!

We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities ie dish soap, laundry soap, scrubber, cleaner, toiletries. The space is smaller than I imagined but we made it work. We weee nervous about the no parking but we were able to park close by the building. There is a community garden and playground next door. You really feel like you are part of a community staying here. Its a fifteen minute walk to the metro and two bus stops at right out the door.

The terrace was extremely small and had water damage to the floor of it. We were nervous to be out on it. A bit high in price for the square footage but they made up for its thoughtful amenities.

It was very clean and cozy

The blinds were messed up we couldn’t really lower or raise them as much to go to the balcony.

The better thing is the Location. It's near the Mall by Metro and by bus. the apartments are very comfortable, quiet and nice. The accomodation in general is very good, good Quality of beds and appliances. Before, I was there and the toilette products were super and not I didn´t find it. Please! again! Other is the restaurants in the neighborhood! Wow! Delicious!

That there were a lack of cleanliness, but you´ve resolved it fast. I would prefer a better support for the TV. It's inestable. And that I coukldn´t find the Beautiful toilette products you used to offer to clients.Everything is ok.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Landscaping was nicely done. Instructions for everything were well done. Something that really stood out to my wife and I is that neither of us woke up with any back pain! That is very ware for us when we sleep away from home!

To be honest there was little we didn't like! One little thing... Our 1st evening we put a request in for more towels and wash rags. They were very kind and helpful and said that someone would drop some off either that evening or the next morning. Mistakes can obviously happen, and somehow it got missed. They did promptly take care of it when we called back the next day!

Very spacious, well-equipped, and immaculately clean. Good cable service with Roku TV. Comfortable beds. Lots of natural light in the room and plenty of lighting. There's a bike share station right outside & it's a few feet from the DC Circulator bus. Good deal for DC.

Minor things - water pressure a bit low & not quite hot enough. The customer service number should be printed on the room information card. Our room faced the freeway, some noise comes through (it didn't bother me much) but a white noise machine is provided.

The best part of any stay for me is cleanliness. This unit was very clean. The kitchen was nice with plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We loved the noise canceling sleep machines provided in the room. There was muffled noise from the city streets, but this is DC and cities have noise. The room darkening shade were helpful as there are many full view windows. I am very sensitive to light when sleeping and had no problem when the shades where down. I would stay here again. There is not a coffee shop on the street, but we were provided a coffee maker and plenty of coffee with cream and several sugar types to choose from. A whole foods is near by, I do not think it was walking distance, but maybe if you are fit. The complex had a secure front door with a code entry and we felt safe.

Great room for the price. Full kitchen with everything we needed to cook for 5 days. Firm but comfortable bed and linens. Penthouse has a nice balcony to sit out on. Amenities are freely available on the first floor near the elevators. Staff was nice and the property was well kept.

Location isn't super convenient but not terrible either. Room could have been a bit cleaner but wasn't dirty. Just needed better vacuuming and sweeping. Shower wasn't bad but pressure is low and tub was creaky.

The check in & check out was very easy and smooth. Needed an early check in and they made sure to keep me updated once it was approved. The apartment is spacious and looks even better than the pictures. Each room had its own bathroom with all the toiletries you get in a traditional hotel. The bed was king size and really comfortable (had a wonderful sleep). white noise machine was also provided but didn’t hear city noise so didn’t need it. It’s a wonderful location that has lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance (10-15 minutes). I didn’t want to leave.

This was communicated before the booking but there is no street parking or garage nearby. If this could be fixed, I think this Sonder location would be better for it.

The facility was new and it was what wanted to stay together with our family, the 2bhk apartment style. New upgraded bathroom and kitchen. Appliances were clean and there was enough stock of necessary supplies. Overall very happy with the facility. Easy access to great restaurants nearby and also very near to major tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The blankets on the bed could have been cleaner. It had dust in it. The sofa bed was very dusty too. Looked like the room was kept closed for a while. The dishes kept in kitchen were dirty, had to wash it before use.
