Yasmeem and Richard the concierge are the most amazing and nicest persons I've met at the hotel, they went beyond their duties to make me feel at home, and chatting with me once I came from the museums, awesome customer service. Concierge Richard gave me all the tips to visit DC told me stories about the museums, he has such a knowledge that you could spend years talking with him and never get tired, he told me told to visit the Museum of the Bible [the only one you have to pay]; and I recommend that you go with plenty of time, at least, 4 hours, take the tour Washington Revelations Sites and Scriptures IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!! so exciting. Coffee is really good. Because it was my birthday and my phone did not have signal on my room, they gave me an upgrade. Rest of the team are amazing too. Breakfast: every day you have something different and yummy. Uber: is expensive like a hell, I live in Florida/South Beach and I never spent so much $$$ (I was alone and I did not want to walk alone in a place that I don not very well) my stay was from December 22 to December 31. Souvenirs: are expensive too. This is my third time visiting Washington DC and, still I couldn't visit all the museums. Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum: please make reservations ahead your visit.

The rooms are huge with full kitchenette, sofa, and plenty of space. This and the walkable location to many nearby attractions were the best part.
About the only negative I had at all was the A/C did not seem to cool as well as it should. They either had it regulated, or my unit needed to be serviced. In room temperature never got down to thermostat setting temperature of 72, etc... One curtain was broken as well so I couldn't fully "black out" outside light. Used a provided hotel pen to somewhat help this.

This hotel only serves breakfast. Breakfast was decent. No room service, therefore no dinner menu. There are enough fast food places within a two block radius. Potbelly, McDonalds, Subway, Starbucks. The Hyatt which is one block away offered a okay rooftop experience with adequate drinks and menu. Close walk to all Smithsonian museums.
The tap system with hotel keycard was hanky sometimes it worked sometimes not. You need card foe room, public bathrooms and elevators.

The staff was very friendly and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great; we reached anywhere we wanted either by foot or by Metro. Checkout hour is good, and the ability to comfortably stay in the Lobby for a few hours is truly appreciated.
The Room Sofa wasn't that comfortable; it is tolerable at most. Overall, I don't have any more complaints about the hotel.

Breakfast was great and staff wonderful! We loved the room size and having a kitchen. It was close to many places on the mall. Having a pool and hot tub was nice. We were able to check in a little early and check in our bags early and after check out.
Some maintenance needed and hot tub not really hot. Small pool and got very crowded with the number of children in the building.

Breakfast was really good, served on time every day. The staff was amazing, loved meeting Mrs. Antonnette. I do wish the bread selection also included biscuits. Mango syrup and raspberry syrup were AMAZING. The hotel is a 30ish minute walk from the national mall.
I should have verified, but i was under the impression that the kitchen in my suite also included an oven. We planned on cooking while we were here. The pull-out sofa mattrass was very worn

The location was great within walking distance to the Mall and all the sights. We only needed the metro to get to and from the hotel. You can go directly from IAD to the hotel (Silver Line). The size of the room was sufficient for 5 people. Breakkfast was very good, very sweet but the children loved it. A little hotel shop and a friendly concierge.

Assistant Manager Robert was very friendly and (cheerfully) did his very best to accommodate all of our requests. The parking garage was clean and safe, the included AM breakfast was delicious and well stocked each morning. Our room was very clean and the location couldn’t be beat! We had a wonderful trip.

We liked how responsive the staff was. The room had all the advertised amenities which was perfect for our family of 5. Loved having a fitness center and pool on the second floor, it was easy to access. Lastly the hotel was very quiet, comfortable and a comfortable walking distance to all the attractions.
The shower water temp wasnt working properly and it was difficult to get warm water both in the bathroom sink and shower (engineering was notified). Housekeeping didn't come to clean the room and change out our towel even once during our 6 day stay however the staff accomodated by delivering towels and taking out the trash. Athough breakfast was decent and had some healthy options, it was very repetitive with oatmeal and eggs for 5 days straight and only on the last day we had the option for breakfast sandwiches. Lastly, parking prices are ridiculously high for a guest at the hotel. I understand we are in a city where space is a premium but it felt like price gouging to me. In addition the parking garage entrance, it was very difficult to maneuver our car in and out of the garage.
