This hotel truly had everything, we enjoyed our visit so much. The pool setting was really nice surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The room was spacious and comfortable. And we loved having a bar downstairs to grab some food and drinks. The free breakfast was surprisingly good with waffles, eggs, sausage, and a lot of options. The staff was really kind and accommodating. We stayed here for a concert at Chateau Ste Michelle and it was a good location for the venue. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! If possible in the future, it would be great to have a shuttle to Chateau Ste Michelle or other destinations in Woodinville.

Lovely breakfast in the morning, albeit pretty busy. We stayed here after a concert at Chateau Ste Michelle so the location was convent. We did not get to try the pool this time but it and the outdoor area look very nice and we will get there early before our next concert to try them out. The lounge/bar area menu looked delicious but again we were at the concert will have to try to check the lounge out one day. I will say the staff was kind but one did send me on a bit of a wild goose chase for an ice machine, turned out there was one right outside our room that he failed to mention : ) no big deal. There is parking around the entire building so ask where the best place to park for your room is.

Would have loved the lounge to be open a bit earlier. Maybe around lunchtime.

Pool area and courtyard were really nice. Coffee all day in the lobby. Ample parking and nice walking/biking trails starting at the property. Bed was comfortable.

A few more options for breakfast would be nice. A day after we checked out, we got charged $3000 by the hotel. It was a mistake, but we had to deal with it.

The location was excellent! Felt safe and it was quiet as well as beautiful which was the most important part to me. Room was clean (also very important), well presented and comfortable. Loved the space and lighting in the room. Enjoyed the chair - very comfortable to sit in the morning and read. Overall very happy with the hotel, room, and location! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Did not enjoy the breakfast (instant oatmeal packets rather than prepared oatmeal, rubbery eggs - did not end up eating them, bad coffee). Could use better pillows. Door handle on bathroom falling apart and water control in shower difficult to set a good temperature.

The way the room was decorated was so cute and the rooms were spacious.the beds were big and comfy .they had ii believe 2 pools and they were heated to like 80 degrees they had room service. Which for the amazing price they sell the road at is phenomenal usually those rooms would go for like 300 dollars also they had super good shampoo and conditioner it smelled so good.

The staff told me the night before check out was at 140 then the staff the next day called and said when will u b leaving and I told them the previous day that the front desk told me it was 130 and they said that's fine then they kept harassing me are u booking again or checking out every like 10 minutes they did not even have anyone check in after that.

The concierge was excellent. I don't remember his name but he was from a Southern state(Mississippi?) Very hospitable young man. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the location and it was very easy to get to my events in Woodinville. The lobby was inviting and they had 24 hour complimentary coffee and tea. I love the little touches. Would definitely stay here again.

The only reason I had a slightly less than excellent review was due the breakfast. It was pretty sparse and just basic continental breakfast fare with waffles and a microwave prepackaged biscuit option.

The rooms were clean, spacious. I like the other one's coffee available. Checking and check out was so easy.

I guess they were confused, because we were told that breakfast would be from 6:30 to 9:00. We got down there almost 6:58 and there was nothing. One of the kitchenaids said they open at 7:00 but it was 7:00 when we were able to speak to someone and so they were running quite late. And even though we were first the scrambled eggs were cold.

I really liked this hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Only thing negative was, the breakfast attendant was lax and let the silverware run out leaving many people without a way to eat. Breakfast was good just no silverware. EAXCEPT FOR THAT, I GIVE THIS HOTEL A 10 AND WILL RETURN.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. For me the location was perfect, accommodations very clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't disappointing. It was convenient having a bar and small restaurant in the lobby. Food was actually pretty good along with the service.

They did have a problem keeping enough coffee out and seemed to run out of forks more often than they should.

The facility was more than adequate and the front desk staff were quite efficient.

Room servicing left a lot to be desired, as the maid missed us two days despite this matter being brought to the attention of the front desk.
