Super clean, most clean hot tub and pool ever. Pool temp nice and warm too. Beds cozy, heater and air-conditioning worked great. Location fantastic. A close walk to apl the shops. Staff was warm, accommodating, and answered all of our questions. Forget the young woman's name who worked that night but she was very friendly.

This is really a statement for all hotels post covet but it'll be nice when breakfast rooms open up again.

The location was within a short walking distance to the pedestrian street. The staff were very friendly and readily on hand to assist in all our inquiries. The rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. When we made the reservations we thought the hotel had adjoining rooms. It does not. Which makes it difficult for families of more than 4 to stay. We appreciated that the staff made sure our rooms were next door to each other.

The deadbolts in both rooms that we stayed in need to be replaced or fixed. The screws were lose from what appears to be from the doors being jarred open. However, with this said it would not deter us from staying there again.

Special commendation to the two gentlemen at front desk who went out of their way to help us with our travel plans at Leavenworth. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! The bed was comfortable; and the complimentary breakfast is very much appreciated and enjoyed!

The location was a little away from Front Street, where all the shops and restaurants are. Being in winter and with icy roads, the walk to Front Street was a little treacherous. We had to drag our luggages up/down a short flight of stairs. Again, being in winter and stairs being icy, it was a little scary!

The location is wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly.

The room was comfortable and clean. However, we discovered it was not completely cleaned when turned over from the last guest. Not awesome to have your kids find stuff in your room they shouldn’t need to find. I contacted the hotel about it but haven’t heard back. The breakfast, though conveniently bagged, really left something to be desired.

Everyone was nice, the place was clean, it was really close to the parks and walkable to the downtown area. Parking, at least for us, was great. We got to the first floor, so we were able to park in front of our door.

My only real issue, when entering the lobby, you get hit by a very strong mildew smell. It was likely due to the fact that their pool is right at the entrance.

I would like to get sundeck suite but it didn't make it. However we loved our place with new interior. The first night, we liked to throw ourselves into the hot tub but unfortunately too much chemical(bleach) accident so skipped. Thanks to the diligent employees, the problem was fixed next morning. The temperature of water was not enough hot but still enjoyable.

Close to downtown. Pleasant, helpful staff. Cute atmosphere. Pillows were great! Parking was on a first come basis, but they had covered parking behind facility.

Room and bathroom doors were really hard to open & shut. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Facility could use some up grades. Price was a little high, esp with having a sack breakfast.

The bed was surprisingly cozy and the room was quite spacious. The location makes it easy to walk over to the main draw with all the Bavarian shops: it only takes about 5 minutes to walk.

The breakfast situation is pretty bad: you can choose from a list the night before and they deliver it to your door... but the options are basically just yogurt, a to-go cup of cereal, and a nutrigrain bar. Also, the hotel is located on the main road going through town, so not the quietest spot in town.

The property is on the main road in town, so it was very easy to access. There was also plenty of parking, which had 24 hr surveillance.

The fireplace in my room did not work, but it was quite warm outside so it wouldn’t have been appropriate to keep on for long anyway. The bathroom door also didn’t open up all of the way because the toilet was situated behind the door. It was a challenge to get in and out of the bathroom.

The room was very nicely decorated in the German theme and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the breakfast. Everything was very unhealthy for a Breakfast sugary and over processed. I feel like paying over $400 for a room I should be able to get a decent complementary breakfast.
