Our room, the family suite, was very cozy and inviting. It was nicely decorated and even included a Christmas tree. The beds were comfy and it was nice having a full kitchen. It's a wonderful location, just a block or 2 from shopping, restaurants and activities. The self check-in worked great. I did have trouble finding our room because it was outside the main building, but the house keeper was very friendly and showed me where it was at.

It would be helpful to have a small table in the bathroom next to the sink to set a toiletry bag and a hook by the sink to hang a hand towel. Also, additional kitchen utensils would be nice, like a pancake flipper, big spoon, etc. The TV in the bedroom could use an upgrade. The picture was very dark.

The location of this lodging is incredible. The bed was comfortable. The parking was accessible and close. This has a very European Pensione style of lodging, right down to the bathroom and it's shower/tub and the stairs. Fun place to stay.

Rooms #7 & #8 shared a standard bathroom in the hall that fed all of the rooms upstairs. The door wasn't secured by a key that only those rooms could use, so anyone could use the toilet and the tub/shower that was inside the facility. The tub/shower was clean yet was was dated. It had very little water pressure, probably due to the shower head, and the floor of the tub/shower felt like it may crack at any moment. While, this was not a problem for me, it may be for others. Also, for others, the stairs are steep and have a narrow tread and width.

My room was perfect for my stay - I had a sink in the room and a shared bathroom across the hallway. The shared bathroom was kept super clean and was very convenient. There location was excellent and super walkable to everywhere downtown. The room was very private - hardly saw any other guests during my 3 night stay.

The back stairs were a little rickety. I had trouble getting my key out of the lock box but this was solely user error. There are tow key lock boxes and I was looking at the one upstairs instead of downstairs but I called the number for help and it the owner was super helpful and gave me a code for the upstairs one (Later I found the downstairs main lock boxes).

I loved the fact that it was an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Though rustic, the lodging house was charming, and our room was clean and comfortable. It worked great for our ladies weekend, and had plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. When some of us got there early, the room was ready and the staff was quick to accommodate us. I’m looking forward to coming back again someday.

The only thing I can think of here is that coming from opposite sides of the mountains, our group had to have two cars. We followed the parking rules and parked one car in our assigned space. Luckily, my daughter found a place on the street with no signs or meters where my car was safe for the weekend.

The family room that we booked was super roomy and could fit 6 pax easily! It came with a big bathroom and the tap was responsive. Location was 11/10 as it was situated right inside.tje one and only Leavenworth Town.

The kitchen lacked equipment such as a kettle (to boil water) as well as ladles and scoops (to scoop the soup out of the pot). The shops around the accommodation also closed pretty early so there wasn't much to do after 8pm. TV channels were disappointing too, would be good to have Netflix or YouTube!

Oldest commercial building in Leavensworth. Historic and remodeled to look and feel rustic-like but with some modern amenities like mini-frig, microwave, shower, sink, and Nespresso like coffee maker. Our room was very unique where we had a front door with a window facing the street with a front porch and a back door that leads to the back parking. The antique-like design even included hangers made of lacquered tree branches with wires through them. The bathroom fan was strong (and thus loud) with a sink outside. The bed was adequate. Contactless check-in had a very detailed and accurate direction so check-in was easy. The assigned parking was adequate in size for my plug-in minivan. They respond quickly to questions on booking.com. They said there was no plug for charging but there was one present for spaces #4,5,6. First come first serve on charging. Bring an extension cord for spaces 1,2,3. The location was 1 block from the central street, so all the downtown restaurants were easy to walk to from the front door. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a wall lamp malfunction and they were able to have an electrician fix the problem within a couple of hours on a Sunday. Wi-Fi with a strong signal. Extra towels and coffee pods in a common area. Did not turn on the TV. I would stay there again.

Location and ease of check in. This unique hotel has the exact charm for Leavenworths Bavarian Old Town feel. We appreciate simplicity over modern amenities. Our rating reflects our personal taste of charm and just basic necessity. This is not the hotel if you require exquisite and full in house service.

love where it's located, enjoyed the quaint and cabin feel of the room we stayed in. I love that we have our own private bathroom, although there's no tub it's was still a very pleasant stay. The staff are nice and property manager is very helpful! They also have some aromatic scent lingering in the air! That was fantastic!

I don't see any negative vibe there. But you can hear other guests coming and climbing up the stairs but I am not bothered by it. They actually provide an ear plug if you are sensitive to noises.

The location of this property cannot be beat. Just walk out your front door into the town of Leavenworth with restaurants, cafes, shops and more just steps away. We were here in the summer, and the AC worked well in our room. The water pressure was great. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable.

Although it worked okay for a short stay, this is a very bare bones place. It has great history as it is a very old inn, but the bathrooms are rudimentary, the shower head is sufficiently high for a child (although water pressure was great!), and the fixtures are very old (not old enough to be quaintly antique). There is not any real shelf space for your stuff. Bare floors. For the price, you are paying for the location, not the amenities or anything extra comfy. Also, like many lodgings, you do not see anyone who works there as you have a lockbox key, etc. I feel like this was a cost savings that hotel/inn management has kept from the pandemic, without any real risk of covid anymore. This location worked for our quick weekend visit.

Excellent location in town. Was surprisingly quiet in the evening but we stayed on a Monday. Room was a decent size and clean. Comfortable bed too!

Although I appreciate the self check in idea, having no staff on site is probably more suited to young travellers who have access to their emails to know the code(s) to enter. As an international traveller with no access to internet I was lucky to remember to screenshot the instructions. Just a bit tricky.
