The room was excellent, bed very comfortable, AC in the room with adjustable thermostat. Very clean bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Nice heavy doors that keep the sound of the hallway out. Really nice.

The staff through was decently friendly but the lady they have upfront just did not seem happy to be there or happy we were there. I never expect anyone to be nothing but smiles and jumping for joy that they have customers, but at least a proper smile and being thanked for business is appreciated, this we did not receive though. Was she rude? No. Was she happy to be there or make us feel welcomed? Also no. Also for how upscale the room felt, the breakfast was mediocre. You could tell a lot of was just frozen or prepackaged food they just heated up.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with lovely staff. The breakfast was fantastic and it was so nice having fruit infused water available in the lobby throughout the day.

This is my only complaint, but it's a serious one. The shower floors are made of large, smooth tiles and are slippery. Yes, the vinyl bathtub mat near the shower is for the shower floor. It doesn't cover the entire area, so be careful. Our party rented two rooms. Both my elderly mother and I slipped in our showers but caught ourselves before we fell. My toddler walked off the end of the bath mat to dry off and slipped and fell to her knees.

We loved the Bavarian Lodge. So cute!! Right across from the Christmas Village. They have wonderful front desk staff. We enjoyed going into the pub and having a beer with pizza and a pretzel. The room was very nice!! We enjoyed sitting on the room balcony and relaxing. They have a great breakfast with eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuits, juices, coffee, cinnamon rolls, and carrot muffins. They said this hotel was in a few Hallmark movies. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!! Will stay here again. We really enjoyed going to all of the shops and places to eat in the village. Especially loved the Kris Kringl shop. Amazing Christmas store!!

Devon greeted us royally and she was so knowledgeable about the sights and restaurants in this beautiful little Bavarian-style town! She helped us get a reservation for a special birthday dinner at a fab restaurant .. Larch..not even the town map! Our room was perfect and the pool and hot tubs were just the ticket for a relaxing few days! Everything is within an easy walking distance! A special treat for the birthday boy was appreciated! The pub is good ... nice seating outside!

The finishing on the seating in the hot tubs was a bit rough for my bathing suit.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a fridge and coffee maker in the room. The lobby was warm and inviting and the breakfast very good. We especially enjoyed the country style biscuits! The decor matched the theme of the Bavarian village nicely. They had a container of lovely iced water in the lobby and a puzzle for guests to work on.

We would have preferred to be right in the village, instead of across the highway but there was a crosswalk with a traffic light so it was easy to cross the road safely and quickly. They gave us a drink coupon to use at their pub but we found the atmosphere to be a bit cold and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

The location is unbeatable, the looks of the hotel & free parking, and the pool! The pool was great, we ended up staying there for many hours in a row.

Unfortunately our room was on 2nd floor behind the elevators - small & crowded, noisy, next to the HAVC vents. Bathroom sync was actually in the room 🥺. I didn't enjoy breakfast at all, as I couldn't find anything to my liking (I was hoping for savory pastries or sandwich ingredients) but I suppose others might enjoy it. Room cleaning did not visit us during our 2 night stay.

This lodge is gorgeous. The location is perfect. The staff is exceptional. The food in the lodge is delicious, with comfortable outdoor seating. We even took the lava cakes back to the room and the boys ate them in the provided robes for a Kevin McAllister moment. The flowers outside the lodge are so beautiful. Our room was well appointed and unbelievably comfortable. My son and I swam in the morning before we left. The pool might have the best view of all. I can't wait to come back in the winter.

The staff were so friendly and great with my 5 year old daughter, they even gave her a coloring book and scavenger hunt activity when we checked in! They offered us an upgraded room and we had a beatiful room with a view of the city with a balcony and fireplace. We got dinner from the Woodman Pub which was easily ordered from our room and ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and and the coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby was a nice perk. The hotels free parking and proximity to shops and restaurants was excellent.

The only complaint I have is that mattress we slept on was very, very firm. But all the rest of the bedding and linens in our room were super comfortable so that was the only negative thing about our stay.

loved the friendly and welcoming staff - and the alpine and comfortable decor was beautiful and so fitting with the vibe of the town . the location was perfect and walking distance to the town centre and river hiking trail , free covered parking and the included breakfast was superb as well - hot tub and pool very clean and relaxing - I would highly recommend the Bavarian lodge to any travellers! going to Leavenworth, Washington
