Friendly staff, helpful. Pretty lobby. Nice elevator. Good size room. Comfy bed. Good parking. Handy location for Lynnwood and Edmonds. Walking distance to Trader Joe's. Adjacent teppenyaki restaurant is fun, has good food with many fine options (little pricey though).

This hotel is in transition. It needs some TLC around the edges, and some was occurring during our 2-night stay. It's moving in a positive direction. We may stay here again.

it was nice an well decorated, vary quiet

The owner was rude and I didn’t like the way my husband an I where treated checking. We felt vary profiled. We felt vary unwelcome when we where almost forced to cancel our reservation after we had just drove from another state. It was late and we couldn’t find any other place that had a open room. I promise I will never stay there again or reference a friend there. If that guy still own the place an work at the front desk with his toes all over the place .

The rooms are comfortable and roomy if basic and the hot water was never ending.

It's a little run down, but nice. it could be super nice with just a little bit of work. it's never going to look special on the outside but inside is kinda fancy. The water fountain was not running and there was a plastic strip taped to the front door.

It was a very nice facility clean and modern comfortable beds

First time I called fit early check in the lady who answered didn't answer with the hotel name then said ok for early check in. Messaged property to confirm just in case and was told I couldn't early check in. Otherwise it was great

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff was mostly very accommodating. Appreciated the luggage cart to move our mountain of stuff from car to room. However, there was only 1 cart available.

Late at night the toilet got plugged up and it took well over an hour for the staff to come up with a plunger to clear the clog. The staff member who came was surly and tried to blame the clog on our not using the toilet correctly.

Nice place, and great price compared to many in the area. Clean rooms, well appointed. Comfortable beds.

The only thing that bothered me was that they used some type of scent in the bed linens that set off my allergies really bad.

The front desk guy was very helpful. Towels and bed sheets looked very clean and good quality. The room was clean and tidy. There is a panera bread close to the hotel if you don't wanna go so far to get something to eat.

The hotel is an old one but clean and has honest price in comparison to Seattle city and other hotel in the neighborhood.

It was a very nice and quiet hotel. The staff that helped us was AMAZING. We had to cancel one night and he made it very easy for us and helped us to get charged correctly. He also realized the name was incorrect on the reservation and knew to check us in. I would defiantly stay again.

I wished the shower was not as cramped as it was. The pressure was nice but it was a little hard to move around in it with out hitting the glass door or the wall. Also a little hard to regulate the temp of the room, however that can be a user error and not the room HAHA.

Friendly service, spacious room, and a comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the Japanese steak restaurant next door too!

Large room allowed me to spread out to work. The window opens to turn off AC and enjoy the cool nighttime temperatures. Comfortable bed and linens. Good water pressure in the shower. Solid surface flooring in the room.

A larger desk surface would be nice.
