Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It makes the place feel very homie and makes it perfect for families. I hope this culture is able to stay intact. Also, the staff was very forthcoming in making our stay very special.

The hot tub was out of service already for several weeks and made us wonder why it is not getting fixed sooner. Same with 2 of the 3 elevators. Small, inexpensive cosmetic upgrades could go a long way. Perhaps a little investment would be timely. Made me feel like the owners are not paying attention to supporting this amazing staff sufficiently.

Stayed 6/ 13/2023/ EVERYTHING! Was everything and more than what I paid for! They give everyone ( of age of course) 2 free drink tickets! ( choice of draft beer, wine and rail cocktails) a monies off coupon toward a food purchase. We shared the special. FANTASTIC! They also served simple appetizers ( hummus, tortilla chips ,salsa, and an array of veggies with a delicious ranch style dip!! FOR FREE! )The pool and hot tub were amazing. And they had a great patio to dry off . In the morning the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! everything you would expect with a continental breakfast + waffles, french toast, sausage links, bacon and made to order omelettes! Oh so yummy!!! I would recommend this hotel ,hands down! ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMPLAINTS!

6/13/2023 Nothing loved it all!!! If I had to say anything. The fact it was in a big city. Lol 😆 I'm not a fan of driving into big cities.

Free evening drink and appetizer each evening, each adult can get 2 alcoholic drinks and kids can get soft drinks. Lots of parking spaces. Spacious room with a separate living room that has sofa & TV. Comfy bed & pillows 2 washing sinks, which are handy. Lots of choices for breakfast. They have toast, cereal, oats, pancake, bagel, sausage. bacon. omelet station, potato, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice Indoor heated swimming pool and hot spa open till 10pm Onsite laundry facility is available on each floor, although we didn't need to use it

The elevator is too slow, may need to be upgraded. It takes about 20-30 minutes to go to Seattle downtown.

The hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. But the staff was the best part of it all! They helped me in every way possible to get the best rates. I had to stay for a family emergency and Amber and I hope I got the name right Alica went above and beyond they are so helpful! The breakfast was great they also make made to order omelets. The most important thing for me is feeling safe in a hotel and I did. I will definitely be back! The bartender was great also and recommended the best huckleberry cosmo I've ever had!

The breakfast at Embassy Suites is always stellar. French toast, custom omelets, and a ton of space. The rooms are always clean and spacious, and at a great deal. Nice space right off the highway without being noisy or busy. Great for mom, dad, and the kiddos.

Two of the three elevators were down, but that's not really something you can blame on the hotel. We got lots of exercise on the stairs! There wasn't much else I didn't like about this location.

Spacious layout of hotel and room. Excellent breakfast. Great evening reception. Good location for our needs. Friendly staff.

Bed and pillows need to be replaced soon. Couch was all stained and seen better days. Carpets ready to be replaced or cleaned. No Housekeeping (stayed 3 nights). I had to get toilet paper, coffee cups and coffee. No place to hang bath towels.

Dog friendly space and people. Thanks for the outdoor pet zone at end of hotel. Air conditioning made a valiant effort during heat wave. Serviceable hot breakfast was nice. Spacious and mostly comfortable rooms. Would have liked to use the indoor pool, but was always reserved (Covid rules).

Housekeeping was perfunctory when they came. It was on call, one call produced no cleaning, called again in afternoon and again following morning to finally get someone in the afternoon of 2nd day. Hotel was busy but I only asked for cleaning twice in 8 day stay. Living room couch was not very comfortable for sitting. With kitchenette, it would have been nice to have minimal plates/utensils, even plastic.

Staff are friendly. Everything was working. Was able to accommodate my request for early check-in. They have laundry which is so convenient. Keep up the good work.

I hope you get cable TV and have some utensils at the kitchen for thise who likes to it inside their room.

Complimentary breakfast & happy hour with snacks. Comfortable rooms and beds, the kids loved the pool area.

The breakfast lacked variety from day to day. Bathroom needed to be deep cleaned.

Location, pool, complimentary happy hour, and wonderful breakfast. Thank you. Also liked the dinner at Cascades.

Really nothing major. The conditioner was empty and fecal material in toilet with clogged kitchen and bathroom sinks. We worked around it all.
