The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, smiled, and looked you in the eye. They offered great suggestions on great places to get a meal. Asked genuine questions about me, made me feel like I was the only customer they were paying attention to!

Purchased the extended WiFi, but found it was spotty when trying to access some websites that I needed to get some training videos from, it was intermittent, so I was eventually able to access everything without getting an error message.

Booking.com is worthless. Booked 3 nights and was told, after check in, that we could not change our length of stay as we didn’t book directly. Stayed one day snd thankfully the hotel credited us for 1 if the three. Calling Booking.com was a waste of time. Will never use this service again.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly to my wife who is partially handicapped and to our dog. This is a very friendly dog forward hotel. The $100.00 dog fee was agreeable to us because were staying 5 nights($20.00 per night). Be aware of this fee if staying for a shorter time.

The hotel could use a little upgrading. Some small repairs need to be addressed. The luggage trolley wheels need to be fixed.

Super friendly and helpful staff, ready to accommodate your needs at a moments notice. I like the option of cooking for myself so the facilities present that option nightly. Also a great location for dining options if you're not into cooking. VERY reasonably priced.

Parking can be a challenge if you arrive later in the evening, especially if you need to unload a lot from your vehicle. Almost guaranteed you'll be parking far from the main entrance. The upside is they do have multiple carts to load your belongings on.

Close to places to eat and PCC for food, clean kitchen area, and decent size room to spread out in. Windows opened and there was air conditioning for a choice! This was really only a place as a base, not a destination.

I did not have any breakfast.

All motels that are supposed to be non-smoking still smell like cigarettes to me. I'm not sure if it is because the filters on the air units have never been changed, or people sneak smoking in the rooms. Not just your motel, but others do too. This one bothered me while I was trying to get to sleep.

Bre was great during check in/out as well as needs during our visit. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to co-workers travelling

The cigarette smell that was constantly in our bathroom. We stayed for one week and the fan had to be on constantly.

Close to what I needed for my stay (work, restaurants, and groceries). Engaging, friendly staff ready to go above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

There are no complaints to list. The facility lives up to all the amenities it boasts and I had no negative interactions or experiences to report.

Clean and comfortable.

Some staff would talk very loud, complaining about guests. The grab and breakfast was sub par. VERY limited.

The ability to checkout a dish pack and cook my own food. With a full size refrigerator you have plenty of room to stock up on the food you like.
