*close by our event - graduation. *great location - near any place you’d want to visit including groceries, dining and recreational activities. *very clean and comfortable room *great value for a one night stay to sleep.

*outside trash overflowing, should have been quick and easy to correct. *construction next door caused confusion on where to enter property. Although temporary, and road opened for the weekend. Better signage instructions needed. *front desk very busy upon arrival (4 pm) and only one clerk - even though there were two women in room behind desk. Regardless of what their positions are, they should have stepped up (and out) to help during these busy times, and if nothing else, at least answer the phone. Young woman at front desk was doing her best: maintained her cool, continued to be enormously polite and helpful, unlike her chatty co-workers just behind her, continuing to chat. The front desk employee should get an apology and a raise!

Lots of places to get food and other necessities in its area. nice room deer in, microwave and kitchenette facilities.

Emptying the trash. In the rntire 6 day stay, my room trash can was never emptied. Some directions on microwave programming would be nice.

Close to freeway and shops

I was charged $110 because Booking.com canceled my first reservation and I ended paying more and NOBODY would even help me with it. So I won’t be using booking or Priceline ANYMORE

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is set right in the middle of restaurants, shopping centers and convenience stores. I really had easy access to anything I needed.

I didn’t like the fact that the breakfast advertised is a little deceiving. I paid extra for it and it consisted of frozen sandwiches, canned fruit, and boxed oatmeal. All that is really ok with me, but the pitch to get me to buy it made it sound as if it were a hot breakfast set out for the guests. Not a nice surprise when I got down there and discovered what the breakfast consisted of.

I have never stayed at a My Space Hotel before. I did not know what to expect. I am happy to report that the staff were very friendly. The room was a good size with a mini kitchen. It was very clean!

Nothing I did not like.

Location was excellent. Everything is right off Hwy and close to hotel. Staff was excellent and very attentive!!

Nothing!! It was a very pleasant stay and staff deserves recognition. I needed assistance everyday and everyone of them were very good and attentive😊

We were very impressed by the size of the refrigerator and the comfortable table with chairs. Also happy that we could get MSMBC on the TV!

The bed was a little soft but everything else was just great!

Didn't like that breakfast wasn't included. Didn't like that all 3 light connected, u couldn't just have kitchen light on had to have every light on at once

Good place to stay rooms are great. Kitchenette is definitely a bonus for extended stays. Especially for contractors.
