The staff is so accommodating you really only have to ask. Tons of options in the breakfast bar and coffee available all day.they have a treadmill and stationary bike so the gym isn't fancy but its in good repair. Also as of the day im reviewing this they got new door locks so that supper awesome!

Any complaints I've had have been related to other guests or their dogs. I had a couple things that needed repair, so I guess that counts as a bad thing (but not really because they're so prompt it gets fixed immediately)

We had an excellent room. It was very large with a living area/eating area. The staff was very nice. The internet worked well. There was an excellent Mexican restaurant next to the hotel, and easy access to grocery stores.

The overall location of the hotel. It's located on a main street in Kennewick. The location is very central. We were traveling with a dog and the spaces to walk the dog were limited.

It was a peaceful room. Easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. Has a nice little Mexican restaurant next door. The breakfast was nice, which is getting harder to find at hotels. Though it is the middle of a busy town, freeway access was relatively convenient.

We wanted a king room, but those were upstairs and no elevator. Our old bones aren't too keen on stairs anymore, so we settled on a queen room. Just a little crowded sleeping. But they gave us the king room rate, which we appreciated.

The staff were very friendly. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping staff, had a smile on their faces and were very welcoming. Even though parts of the hotel are slightly dated (yet other parts have been modernized), my room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Also, my room smelled very clean, which I appreciate, and as I walked by other rooms, I saw housekeeping staff working very hard to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. The clean air may also be a result of the hotel's strict non-smoking policies, as a few guests sat in their cars in the parking lot to smoke, rather than in the hotel. The public spaces, including dining area, were also very clean. There was plenty of parking in the lot next to the hotel. The hotel was centrally located, and within easy driving distance of many attractions in the Tri-Cities area.

The free, continental breakfast contained the standard choices (dry cereals, milk, apples/bananas, breads, coffee, etc.) found in comparable hotels; this hotel is no exception. It's just that my personal preferences would hope for locally-made organic breads and pastries, organic fruits and yogurts, and plant-based milks; therefore, I rarely touch the food offerings and really got no benefit from the free breakfast. Other travelers probably don't mind this situation.

Breakfast had a bit of variety each day for the hot selection and for the pastries. It was well stocked, even by the end of serving time. The quality of their fresh fruit, yogurt, and breakfast meats was noticeable better than at similar hotels.

I hadn’t stayed in a hotel in Kennewick for a few years, and noticed that the price for a room has now skyrocketed at this hotel and all others in town (when we compared on line). We had a wonderful stay, but the new price takes some getting use to.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. The bed was so comfortable that i actually slept later than intended and missed the breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and will return again.

The only thing i would say i didn't like is that i missed breakfast when i was so looking forward to it....and the lighting on the vanity was somewhat dimmer than i would have liked. +

Loved the value/price. The full breakfast was fantastic. Coffee was available when we arrived and in the evenings. We stayed two nights and our room was refreshed. The location was somewhat "industrial" but totally convenient to where we were coming and going. Beds were very comfortable and it was a nice large room. Great value. Will return.

Towels a little worn/scratchy. Squeaky bathroom door. "Aging issues".

Everything! The room was amazing and probably the best room I've ever stayed in here in Tri Cities and I've stayed at almost all of them. The price is cheap especially for a room as big as the one I had. Thank you Red Lion for an exceptional stay!

I loved everything so I have zero complaints. I loved my stay and will be staying there every time I need a room from now on. It was peaceful and everyone was nice, polite and smiling. Staff and other clients staying at the motel were very respectful and made me feel very welcome.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. Access to and from the highway was very easy.

There was no information in the room about locations for dining or entertainment around the hotel. Also there was no listing of channels for the TV and the online guide did not work, so if I needed to find news or weather channels to plan my day I had to flip through each channel and hope I would find something.

the best thing i really liked was the comfortable size of the Suite & the kitchen separately.. the nice comfortable beds are beautiful mirrors for us women to put our make up very nice…

only thing is this hotel they don’t have hairdryer ? and that’s an important item that all people traveling depend on… other than that everything was great!!!
