Kennewick Suites

We stayed here for one night. It was by far the cheapest place in town, even beating Motel 6 for the Saturday night in late March that we stayed at. There seemed like many people who stay here long term. If they are paying for it the same price I paid for one night, then I don't blame them for staying here long term for the value. There is a stove, a full size fridge, lots of drawers and cupboards. No pots and pans or utencils. But it was spacious for our group of 3 adults and one child. The tub was very slippery. I think it's the design of the tub as it curves in a lot compared to other ones I've used. I warned everyone else to go in the tub first then turn on the water. The best part of my stay would be the staff. They accommodated me when I requested a room change as the first floor was half basement. In addition, I had left my earbuds in the bed and drove out of town. When I called back, Mel was so helpful and held the item for me as I begrudgingly drove back in town again. I could have it mailed, but decided to drive back instead. Thank you for a great stay if you are realistic about what you should get for the price you are paying.

Quick and simple check in, friendly front desk employee was happy to recommend us some vegan restaurant options. She also let us know of a local car show to attend which was close by and family friendly!

Dirty,old, noisy. ,83 year old woman had to climb 3 floors. Should have offered better accomodations. No glasses, limited towels. Staff did bring some glasses and a few towels.

The room was quite spacious and I liked the layout.

The air conditioner ran, but the fan didn't blow except on medium and barely at that. There is a 2-burner stove top, but no pans or pots to cook with. Like, who travels with pots and pans? The front office is kinda odd, resembling something I would expect to see in Alice in Wonderland. There was a fetid odor outside, in the parking lot.

It was a comfy place .

The outlets didn’t really work , microwave didn’t heat up the food right . Besides that someone knocked I called the office and they didn’t pick up but after that no one else knocked .

The location and the staff were terrific. AC worked.

My room was musty and had a weird smell. There was a big air machine in there that was on when I arrived. Seemingly to dry a wet problem from the previous tenant. The bed was too soft, like sagging soft. The other tenants on my floor were up all night slamming doors and had a barking puppy. Terrible sleep. It’s unfathomable to me that they charge $150 a night for this place.

The hotel room it's self was found upkept, and we'll stocked. The beds were soft, along with the pillows. The bathrooms, were nice upkept and clean also.

The bathroom mirror fell down nearly on me, after showering due to the pegs the kept it up went up kept their self and in bad repair barely holding on. When needed extra towls; after returning the used ones, we never received them after asking for them. The beds seem to have bugs possibly in them; afterwards seeing red smeer marks in the morning after where my kids were sleeping and making beds. Also it seemed that there were larger prior cuts and pen or permanent marker on the sheets and covers that's hadn't been taken care of leaving it feeling quite dinghy. The chairs at the table were absolutely wobbly, and loose looks like they might be broken; leaving us unsure if we were going to break then anytime they were sat in. The biggest problem with this hotel is the dishonesty and thievery you will exsperience from this hotel its owners, manager(s), especially front desk in a whole. We were asked to leave on Christmas eve 2023; prior to had paying the hotel in full for the first part, then being asked by "hotel staff" (though who knows what the ladys position actually is) to be quiet during the day (after 11am) when the kids werent being loud, and during christmas break. We weren't refunded ANY of the money we spent on the hotel to be able to pay for a hotel after being kicked out THO WE PAID PRIOR TO THAT WEEK IN FULL THE DEPOSIT AND ANIMAL DEPOSIT. WHICH LEFT OUR FAMILY ALONG WITH POSSIBLY 4 OTHER FAMILIES THAT DAY SCRAMBLING FOR HOUSING ESPECIALLY DURING A VERY COLD STORM. I myself and my children all were kicked out and threatened and intimated by their security guard; who wouldn't let me talk to management about anything and claimed to have ABILITIES above the Kennewick police THOUGH I STILL KNOW YOU ACTUALLY DONT, AND DIDNT. where he started to get hostile towards me after mentioning calling the police and getting my kids to get someone there to help us duting panic of his intimidating and having a hour to be out from the hotel.
