Best Western Premier Pasco Inn and Suites

Staff was friendly and helpful Food was very good Clean, all areas were clean and our room had a very clean feel. It wasn't too loud at all

Mattress very uncomfortable, no sleep. It was sinking in the middle. I wish they had a late checkout of 1 PM like other hotels. I have a rare disease and need time. I don't wake early from this disease especially in discomfort like the the mattress in this room. I think the quality of my mattress needs stepped up, I didn't sleep the entire night bc I was so uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the cook to the cleaning people. The king suite room was larger than I expected. Loved the two TV setup, one in front of the bed and one in the sitting area. Didn't have to sit on bed to watch TV. Rain type shower-head was high enough I didn't have to duck. Room was clean and comfortable. Being near the airport I was expecting more ambient noise but was not disturbed by it if there was. Breakfast was wonderful. Was there for three days and there was enough variety I didn't have to eat the same thing every morning. Ate early and late, and the quantity and quality never diminished. Oh wait, I did miss out on the oatmeal the first day, probably could have asked for some but since there were plenty of other options it didn't bother me. The omelette station was very enjoyable, especially since it was free and even though it was done on a hot plate. Was a bit disappointed that the on-site restaurant wasn't open on the weekends but with a quick trip there were plenty of close options nearby. The pool was a refreshing break from the afternoon heat and the hot tub helped relax tired muscles. Overall a very satisfying experience in my first Best Western Premiere stay.

One instance of guests being loud for a short period after 10p in the pool patio area below our window. Can't blame that on the hotel though.

Breakfast was wonderful. The food was great, and the two women serving, preparing food, cleaning, etc. were incredible & made the breakfast memorable.

Pool was closed due to chemicals being off, but nothing posted at the pool door. We made a trip to the store just to get a swimsuit for our toddler so she could swim, unaware the pool was closed. Needless to say, our toddler and ourselves were quite disappointed.

The room was not cleaned during the stay, even though I requested it. The pool area needs an update to match the rest of the exterior and interior upgrades. The water in the pool appeared cloudy at all times, and the chlorine smell in the pool area was overwhelming. No place to hang wet towels or clothes in the bathroom.

The overall property: room, bed, shower, room appointments actually exceeded my expectations. Quality construction and attention to detail. The breakfast was very good. Liked having omelet option. Staff was pleasant.

The only thing I was surprised at was, for an excellent, well appointed property, why would you provide motel six single ply toilet paper? 🤔

Very good service by the staff. Restaurant was great considering everything. Housekeeping did a great job.

The pool area was great and the only short coming was the spa jets don't produce enough water flow when turned on. Other than that the area was great.

It was perfect for a stay before catching an early morning flight out of Pasco. Leaving car at the Inn & shuttling to airport was wonderful with quick response time. Loved it.

Location, quality of room, services & helpful staff. Will return for next early morning flight.

The breakfast was great, the wonderful lady cooking was very gracious about accommodating my dairy allergy. Location was easy to find and quiet. We were on the road for 14 days, this was our favorite hotel, it even topped our usual favorite, Embassy Suites!

Elevator was a bit noisy and the hallways outside of rooms was extremely hot

I always stay at the Best Western here in Pasco before early morning flights. Their shuttle bus is available on demand, and they even provide “to go” breakfasts for early morning travelers. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean!

The property was beyond clean. The location was great with easy access to the freeway. the breakfast was hot with lots of variety. the poos and spa were open 24 hours and were very clean. facility was quiet.

The only issues I had, were that the pillows were a little too big and hard for my preference. Also, it was a little more expensive than we were used to paying, but In the long run, I feel like it was worth the money.
