- Room was comfortable - Very close to downtown Poulsbo, easy to access - Free parking - Guest laundry is available, you have to use an app to pay for it ($2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dryer load)

- Requests made in advance weren't able to be accommodated - Breakfast is slightly below average - Many parking spots are compact - Some staff was very helpful, other staff not as much

We had a king suite with sofa bed. Perfect for family of 3 for mothers day weekend. Hotel is located up away from bustling community with nice views. Hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Two big tvs in room. Would return!

At night if people are coming and going the room door doesn't soften any of that noise from hallway and neighbors doors slamming shut.

Breakfast was great a variety to choose from and location was awesome within walking distance of stores the fitness and pool rooms were clean

The only thing and this is very minutiae compared to the overall scheme of the excellent accommodations the pillows could have been firmer

Breakfast was great except for the toaster not working. There was a variety of healthy choices. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were of high quality which was very nice.

Have bottled water in room for each guest free of charge.

Breakfast was wonderful! Susan couldn’t do enough for us. I mentioned that I liked egg whites and she offered two egg white choices that I totally enjoyed! All the fresh fruit was much appreciated. My husband appreciated the items that were low in sugar, as he is diabetic.

This hotel is lovely--in a quiet zone away from traffic but in 10 minutes drive you can be in old town Poulsbo. The hotel is super clean, the staff is extremely accommodating. A great place to stay!

We are late risers so we haven't been able to take advantage of the breakfast, which is probably good, but finishes at 9:00 am. Also,probably because the hotel is new, it doesn't come up on gps when you search "nearby hotels."

it is a new hotel in an ideal location for me. Access was great, with plenty of local amenities.

not sure why I was given a mobility room, but it was Ok, tho needed a little maintenance of window blinds and office desk chair.

It was clean, the staff was friendly.

The air conditioner wasn’t adequately cooling the room. The thermostat was all the way down at 66, but the temperature in the room never dropped below 75.

Breakfast was OK.

went to check out and no one came to the counter. Waiting for 5 minutes and had to leave to catch the ferry. Left room key with a note on it that we were checking out. Have not received a final receipt

It was great. Liked the coffee and the fact there was a hot breakfast was part of the stay. It was great waking up and being able to walk down the hall to breakfast and I did not have to do the dishes. LOL

More diversity in hot meals. More juices for breakfast. But really it was great having a hot meal that I did not have to cook.
