Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Bremerton

I wanted to stay one more week but staff and online help were not able to extend me. My wife booked possibly 3 Rd party and there seems to be a gap from actual staff being authorized to make changes to itinerary. This was a headache and when on check out asked staff at front desk if I could stay another week, they said they were full and so I had to leave. Sounds like being a non-revenue passenger on flights but that you didn't pay. I'm a customer that should be able to extend my stay even if 3rd party made the reservation, this is the gap I'm talking about.

It was quiet. It was comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating, especially during check-in and checkout. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was very convenient with a variety of choices. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location is close to the ferry, shops, and restaurants and the waterfront..

The cost of all hotels in the Bremerton/ Silverdale area is high. I don't really understand why. This isn't Hawaii! The view from our room was disappointing.

We liked the helpfulness of the gentleman that brought us towels and the engineer who attempted to repair the television and the phone. He was able to fix the television but not the phone.

I did not like the rudeness of the woman at the front desk. I think her last name was Hassleman. We checked in around 4pm. I asked to switch rooms due to our phone and television not working. There were too many people in/out of our room for repairs. I felt very uncomfortable and she did not have our best interested in mind. What if there's an emergency or we we needed something? The Hostess refused to switch our room. She told me there were not any rooms available which was not true. I went online and there was room available.

the breakfast area it was a mess and no one on sight to clean up after people. there was one gal, that was running crazy trying to refill food. felt bad she was the only one I seen. garbage’s overflow and people thinking there at a free buffet.

Breakfast was good… I would’ve liked to have scrambled eggs every day…

Parking spots were narrow and hard to find one when coming in late. The location was quite noisy but the Tuesday and Wednesday early morning garbage pick up was extremely loud.

The location was good for my purpose in being in Bremerton. The staff were very good and nice. The rooms were clean.

The fee for parking! Get a shuttle to the airport. The showers did not have big enough shelves and need a shelf in the back. Wrapped muffins could have been better quality brand and fresher. More selection on the hot dishes. Go back to metal utensils! You do not even have the better plastic utensils. The coffee pot in the rooms are not good. You have increased the nightly rate and have gotten cheaper on the amenities. The bar of soap offered looks like a piece of Chicklet gum. Not crazy about the modern decor. Need a bigger pool with more seating. How about a shuttle to the Seattle airport for the price you are charging now.

Exceptional helpful staff. Generous and well-prepared breakfast. Elevators close to the room took us to the basement parking quickly—a short, pleasant walk to Anthony's restaurant on the beautiful Bremerton waterfront.

We needed to replace the hair dryer. There was no radio in the room. Too many sports programs on the TV.

i did not like that we have to pay for wifi. I spend over $200 for 1 night. WIFI SHOULD BE INCLUDED!!! FREE!!

i love the staff, very friendly and professional. My room was awesome. very clean and quiet. Love that the windowns opened a little for the cool air to get in. Very nice view from my room.

The property was clean and easy to get to. the front desk provided extra pillows upon request with no issue. The room size was good and so was the bathroom, it didn’t feel cramped to take a shower and get ready. Breakfast was good!

The pool capacity was only 6 people, and you could only go to the pool my appointment. We traveled with some girls from our team so they could swim together, but due to Covid restrictions we couldn’t go in together.

The breakfast was ok. The location was very handy to get to the Blackberry Festival, restaurants, the boardwalk, and the sites we wanted to see. The hotel staff was very friendly and we appreciated their recommendations for restaurants.

Breakfast could be a little better, but we appreciated the easy and price of it :)
