Hampton Inn & Suites Bremerton

The beds were so cozy my partner and I didn’t want to leave! The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. And of any place I’ve been to with a waffle iron in the breakfast bar, I’ve never had one where the blueberries are already in the waffle batter! Genius! We were also lucky to get a very pretty view of the water and the naval ship.

I like extremely firm pillows so my head sank into the super-soft pillows faster than I anticipated, but that’s personal taste. The closest I can get to a problem is that the TV guide was out of date and each channel was one off from how it was listed (so, example, the guide would say Food Network was channel 25 when it was actually channel 26), but it was nice to get that many channels and it’s not an end-of-the-world problem

Stevie was awesome. Greeted us with a pleasant smile and great attitude. There was a bit of a problem with my handicap room request but she had it resolved within the hour. We arrived at 3 and was in our room once they were done cleaning it. The location is beautifully located next to the ferry landing for convenience. Having the warm breakfast and coffee available was an added benefit. Again, the Staff was awesome. Very clean. Would stay again.

I did mention the bed was needing to be replaced in our room. I think I just got the bad side. They apologized but it wasn't a problem just thought I should mention it for the next guests stay.,

Great options at breakfast, very comfy beds, clean facility right on the water and next to the ferry dock. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. Nice blackout curtains on the window.

Parking was a little confusing due to the festival same day. Breakfast team had a tough time keeping up with demand ( due to tasty food !) Wish there was a hot tub.

I had a great time and the night staff and the cleaners were fantastic.

my wife’s grandmother had passed away in the morning so she needed some extra time to grieve and calm down really quick before we could check out and I explained the situation to the person on the phone and they were not very understanding at all and I was told that it doesn’t make a difference and rules are rules. all we wanted was an extra hour or so.

The room was great, the parking was nice and convenient. The location and view was AMAZING. close to coffee and food, and right on the water. Breakfast was different both days too, so it wasn't the same options to get tired of.

The guests above us were stomping through the first night. Called front desk and they didn't/couldn't really do anything. As we were waiting to check in, another guest interrupted the front desk agent causing us to have to wait even longer as she helped him first instead

The employees of this establishment, are very professional, and courteous. I truly enjoyed my stay. We stayed during a hot weekend, and the pool was refreshing, although small, it was perfect for cooling off. They always had fresh towels, and the room was perfect. Clean, and comfortable. You are in a great location, to hop on a ferry and spend a day in Seattle. There are stores, and a great little ice cream shop a few feet away from the hotel. I will definitely be back!!

Excellent staff, and wonderful place to just get away.

The Hampton Inn was close to the Ferry terminal with easy parking and check-in. The area is quiet with a nice area along the waterfront. Make sure to visit the fountain park. We also visited Olympic National Park from this location.

We were under the impression we had booked a suite with a sitting area, we received a normal king room with only a chair. It was ok, but would have liked the couch to watch some TV in the evenings.

The location to the ferry and the Navy Yard are literally walking distance. Hampton was clean, cheerful and warm.

No fault of Hampton but many of the local restaurants were either closed or on limited schedules. I had to drive to find an open restaurant that didn’t cost $200 a meal.

every thing was great the trip was for a birthday party we were right across from us didn't have to worry about driving or anything so we were able to drink and stay as long as we wanted to. breakfast was really good their coffee was the best available at all hours I'm a big coffee drinker
