I liked the breakfast, comfortable bed, wifi, and pets were allowed.

I didn't like the dirty bathroom floor. I spent the first 5minutes on my hands and knees wiping the floor of dog&human hair from previous guests. I arrived tired and exhausted, and this was the last thing I wanted to do. I didn't like the power plug for desk, it did not work. I setup my laptop for an hour of work at the desk. I got no power from the desk outlet, so I had to work from the couch where I got a sore neck.

Location was great (especially because Starbucks was only 2 blocks away!) Easy to get to. Staff was exceptional - polite, courteous (thanks to the young man who opened doors for me) Great breakfast. Definite 104+ stars from me!

Nothing to complain about. Nicest place I've stayed in a long time. I'm retired military who spent a lot of time traveling during one of my assignments, would have loved to have stayed here during that time.

STAFF WERE EXCELLENT!! ROOM WAS GREAT AND BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD. PERFECT ROOM LOCATION FOR GETTING OUTSIDE WITH MY FUR BABY. I FELT SAFE AND COMFORTABLE. THE LINENS WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS COMFY.

I COULD HEAR EVERYONE OUT IN THE HALL EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY WERE THERE. THE DOORS FROM THE OTHER ROOMS SLAMMED SHUT AND MY DOOR WOULD SHUDDER EACH TIME. GUESTS ABOVE ME THE SECOND NIGHT. THE KIDDOS RUNNING IN THE ROOM MADE MY WALL LAMPS SHAKE AND FLOOR CREAKED CONSTANTLY. IT WAS VERY LOUD!

Loved that the hotel had been upgraded. It was lovely. Breakfast was good and staff helpful in getting me hot water for tea. The water in the carafe was not hot enough. For me that is.

Very disappointed in the toiletries. The stick of soap provided no lather and just dried my face and body. And no lotion! La Quinta have obviously downgraded these items. Travellers pay for the in the cost of the room, so if we need to pay a little extra then we will.

Front desk clerk was very kind and helpful! Room was excellent.....clean and comfortable!! The breakfast provided was fresh and very tasty. The gentleman taking care of breakfast was super nice and talkative!! I chatted with one of the maids as well, and she was very sweet! I would recommend La Quinta in Kennewick highly!!

Location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good in terms of selections and quality. Wifi was easily accessed and sufficient for my needs.

The room was bare-bones. Spartan. TV had limited channels; awkward to use with two remotes. Bathroom was a tight fit. Lighting was a bit wierd.

Clean, modern, functional, secure.

It sits in a tough neighborhood. Not the hotels fault, of course, but it felt awkward at times, eg to walk to dinner or jog in the morning. Spokane seems too small to have these problems; maybe I’m just out of touch.

The receptionist was amazing we checked in friday night 3-11-2022. I didn't catch her name but she was the nicest lady i have ever met. AMAZING WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Drove 5 hours my toddler was wanting to swin but the pool door wouldn't open it was jammed. She worked hard to open it and rang our room just in time to swim for a bit before it closed.

Found dirty socks in room behind the chair.

They didn't have .y room ready, and had no one to clean it so i had to stay in a different room the 1st then move the next day to the original room that I had reserved. Inconvenient

easy to get to, and the checkin was quick with a very friendly host.

our room was a handicap I think? there was a bar in the shower area, but the toilet was sooo short that with my bad knees it was hard to use.
