very well located, super friendly staff, very spacious room and they accommodated my request for a bathtub.

You need to go down a stair to get to the elevator. with big bags or if you are with someone elderly or disabled that’s a big trouble. I highly recommend getting a ramp instead of stairs.

Close to university Station and 1 line to/from airport. Close to buses, monorail to Space Needle and Chuhily glass. Short walking distance to Pike Place Market, shopping center, Waterfront area with restaurants, Harbor cruises, many restaurants, local food market. Very centrally located. Staff are very friendly and helpful, very efficient. Rooms have air con, TV, mini fridge, free bottled water, coffee capsule/tea maker. Bathroom has bath and shower over bath. 24/hr fitness center has everything you need. Free tea/coffee on mezzanine level. More than you need

The location is fantastic - great value for that based on comparable costs if you're staying for an event downtown and have a budget limit. The room was cozy and overlooked the street, air worked great! Little details like complimentary bottled water & chocolates were very nice especially because I got in later than expected and everything was closed already. Bed was comfy and staff were all very professional and pleasant. If I'm ever headed to Seattle again, I'd stay again.

The toilet was very enclosed in a corner between the sink and gave little room for sitting and the TV remote really needed cleaning.

I stayed at this hotel for a little city weekend trip with my husband. I don't understand the bad reviews at all. We had a great stay and I've been to a lot of hotels! The location was superb, there was a complimentary wine reception which unfortunately I couldn't make use of since I'm pregnant, the room was very clean, water was provided in the room and the bed was super comfortable! Also it was surprisingy quiet even though the hotel is downtown. I slept like a baby. Would absolutely stay here again and 100% recommended.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, from Luis who checked me in, Andrew who took my bags for me, and many others who's names I'm afraid I didn't get. The location was fantastic, the hotel was beautiful and in fantastic condition, the room was impeccable (cleaned to a great standard by Marimar). The food in the Lodge bar was great, the staff were working flat out and still managed to keep up a cheery disposition. All in all it was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely be back.

Could only have been improved by including breakfast, but that's a minor point.

Rooms were a decent size and very central for what we wanted and the staff were incredibly friendly! Loved the addition of earplugs to block out street noise and the little chocolates on the bed, very thoughtful touches.

Quite overly priced for the style of room and bathroom but expected that being in the centre of Seattle. Toilet was so close to the wall that you knocked yourself quite frequently when using it and parking was very highly priced and not overly close to the hotel itself but again part of being in a busy city

The hotel staff was wonderful. Our stay here was the end of a 20 day trip and nowhere we we treated as well. The afternoon wine reception/tasting was an unexpected plus. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms nicely appointed with larger bath towels and toiletries. Ceramic coffee mugs!

We were first assjgned a renovated room thay was very small - no where to sit, no room for luggage. It would be better suited to 2 twins instead of full beds. We were reassigned to a larger room which was lovely. The only disappointment was the "grab and go" breakfast. The coffee was excellent but the pastry was a granola bar. Not my idea of a pastry.

Great location. Walked to Pike Market, sky view, Luman Field and the pier. Chocolate on the pillow, coffee/tea and sweet treat was an unexpected breakfast. The evening wine tasting was also a pleasant surprise. The staff was very helpful with suggestions of what to do, where to eat and directions.

Robes were offered upon request but unavailable. There were several stairs, either up or down to reach the elevator. This was difficult when I departed in the early AM, with several bags, and the valet hadn't started for the day yet.

The location was amazing. I rly liked that this hotel is located in the downtown Seattle. And the room was clean and I liked that they have a heater in the room. TV was also great. They allow us to see the local TV channels. Also, I had movement issue when I stayed there but they did understand my situation and delay my check out time for 30 mins. I rly appreciate it.

We needed to ask for amenities when we get into the room. I expected that it has been ready before we entered. And I understand the circumstances but they said that the slippers were run out.

Where do I start, What truly set this hotel is just not the hotel itself. But makes this hotel if I could give it 10 stars, it the staff from the Hotel General Manager, to Khianna , Franco Gary at the front Desk to sweet and loving Monica the Director or housekeeping. They are all just amazing and wonderful employees to terrific human beings. The hotel should be proud of each and every one of all that works there. They have genuine smiles and care and compassion. That they have for eachother the guests and their jobs . The hotel is remarkable and amazing.

That I had to go home I am treated better here than how I am treated by family when I return home.
