Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a large room with a good view of the city including the space needle. Good buffet breakfast which had a couple of things changed each day so you weren't always eating the same thing. The location of the hotel is excellent. We were able to walk to many destinations that we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

The elevators are not good. It looks like they have just been replaced with a new system and you can be waiting around 10 minutes for one to arrive. On one occasion they all broke down and we had to walk up to floor 22 and down again later on. This of course wouldn't be possible for those with disabilities. There are also not enough tables at breakfast so unless you arrive between 0630-0730, you could be waiting a while.

The elevator was having a lot of issues. Had to use the stairs a few times. Guest service was a little slow when we needed toilet paper and towels.

Central location in DT Seattle. Friendly, attentive staff despite lots of other guests needing looking after. Room size was great for four people, decor in room and bathroom were modern. Great cleanliness. Our group appreciated the number of outlets provided in the room to charge devices.

The automated elevator system was unfortunately frustrating, with cars taking long times to arrive and being full despite the system supposedly helping avoid these issues. Our room faced the highway, so it was unfortunately a little noisy at night, but not to an extent to be a disturbance to sleep.

There was an anime convention this Easter long weekend which we were not attending but we were able to get upgraded from a 2 queen to a suite - nice even with a sofa bed substitute. Friend said sofa bed was one of the comfiest hotel sofa beds she has slept on. Staff was friendly throughout and also provided a free breakfast buffet for the inconvenience at check in but we did not have the time for unfortunately.

Elevator system great in theory but in practice with all the convention people, unsure about efficiency during high traffic times. We ended up walking up to the 10th floor instead of bothering to wait in the elevator line for more than 10min.

Friendly staff. Located in downtown, not far from all the action and everything is reasonably within walking distance of about 15-20 mins away. On multiple occasions the Uber/Lyft would arrive within a minute of ordering it, even when we picked "wait and save arrives within 9-16 minutes" the Lyft would still show up really fast.

The wait for the elevators took forever. There was no free option for breakfast you have to pay either a la carte or for buffet. The bar/grill is only open from 5pm-10pm so no lunch options. There is no convenient stores that are close by so stocking up on water bottles and snacks for your room might be a challenge. Uber and Lyft costs were $20-$40 each way depending on when you book, we booked Lyft/Uber all throughout the trip, early morning, late morning, afternoon, early evening, late night and it was $20-$40 each time regardless of where we were going and what time of the day we ordered it. We stayed on a weekend in April Thursday night - Sunday morning.

The location is excellent! It is in the heart of downtown and easy to locate. The rooms are spacious and clean. What I love the most in this hotel is the elevator. No more pressing the button going to your room just slide your key card and voila in maybe 10 to 15 seconds you are on your floor. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Seattle. Good price, too.

There is nothing to like in this hotel although We didn't explore the other amenities of the hotel because of lack of time but we did enjoy our stay here.

Ambiance and location

No real information to look at in our room for planning, meal options for dinner at the hotel were pretty limited. For a Saturday night there wasn't enough staff to handle the other 20 people that were there, even right at 5 when the restaurant opened. Problems with ordering a movie. The in room tv says we can. Front desk says not available and hasn't been for awhile. Not deal breakers, we had a good stay, but inconvenient and no explanation up front, we had to ask and that doesn't fit with what we expected. We rolled with what came our way and didn't make a stink, but not what I expected to deal with for my wife's birthday weekend.

The room was much more spacious than expected and it was a bonus that we could see the Space Needle. The room and facilities were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room Service is at request only, which I personally prefer. The location downtown is within 10-15 min walking distance to the waterfront, Pike Market and many other places (Space Needle 30 min) so there is no need for PT if you are willing/able to walk a little and are not venturing further out.

Front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Super location -walking distance to most of the sights.

The elevators. One elevator was out of order. At checkout time , had to wait 15+ minutes to get down to the lobby each day we were there. Breakfast area is actually quite small for the size of hotel. Wasn’t impressed with the buffet breakfast for the price. .ALaCarte breakfast was much better. Rooms and breakfast areas are starting to look tired.
