The room had a beautiful view and a really nice bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice and clean

It’s a bit overpriced for the room. Thought it would be bigger with more amenities

Great location and staff. Very discrete- almost hard to find as we took train from airport. Would not recommend walk from train station. It’s very bumpy and uphill plus hotel is hard to find. Beautiful hotel and lobby. Amazing staff. Nice tea and nespresso in room.

They need to plan better for storage and space. We had 4pp in double room and there’s almost no space for luggage, clothes, bathroom stuff. One hook in the huge bathroom. Why? And no makeup area- it’s mood lighting even in bathroom. Two small wardrobes with weird huge hangers that are low. Two small drawers and a dresser that has another two small drawers. Very spacious empty space otherwise. Also room is not dark. Very odd that drapes don’t block out side lights. And loud outside outside road noise on 6th floor. Even w white noise.

A bit of a treat on the last night of a long holiday, the room was beautiful and the city view was amazing (as a European with nothing similar back home). The double set up bathroom was great and very well appointed. Beds were lovely (family room) and the large room had a couple of proper comfy seats and a table to have a lovely relaxing chat and drink. Local area is the business district and grand to walk around at night but not much going on.

Maybe it's me, but it's set up to completely by-pass reception to get to the rooms which didn't sit right. Random $100 attempted charge to my card 2 weeks after my stay. It's a little confusing getting to/from the car park into the hotel, pay machine is very hidden too.

It was a very interesting architecturally speaking. Built off of an old church, you get some of that architecture, including stained glass, in the lobby area. The rest of the hotel is very modern, so this was really neat. The rooms are spacious and the selection of toiletries was extensive. The front desk upgraded us to a junior suite, which was absolutely phenomenal. The room was huge and the view was spectacular. We had a corner room and I loved all the light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows. I also love that there was valet parking available, as parking in Seattle can be nightmarish.

It is very pricey. We were staying here because the hotel was hosting a dining in the dark event and we just decided to make a night of it and stay. The valet, while convenient and appreciated, was very steep. If I’d realized it was as expensive as it was, I may have made other plans to get into town, because we didn’t end up using our car at all the night we were there. Also, I mentioned that we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was amazing. But when I checked the price of the junior suite out of curiosity, it was listed as the price I’d paid for the original room we were supposed to stay in. A little more research showed me that the price varies during different times of the week/year (I’m assuming based on the season/demand). It was definitely a very expensive evening.

Nicely appointed room, great size, good view, very quiet. The bed and duvet were comfy. Large bathroom with a nice shower. Loved the Nespresso and tea selections.

For this price I would expect the room to be spotless, so although the tiling in the bathroom was beautiful, it did show where it hadn't been cleaned (could see toothpaste residue/water marks on the wall beside the sink). The table in the room also did not appear to have been wiped down. Besides these points it was otherwise very clean. The biggest issue and a real oversight was that there was absolutely terrible lighting for getting ready/doing makeup. Despite having mirrors everywhere, not one of them had even OK lighting to be able to actually see! Could not find a mirror that didn't cast weird shadows and no mirrors were located near the window to make use of the natural light.

The courteous and efficient service was exceptional. The architecture and furnishings are stunning. The Nespresso coffee was a real treat! We liked almost everything a great deal!

The downtown location was too quiet in terms of restaurants and cafes--most, including even Starbucks, were closed on weekends (or at least on the Saturday we were there), we assume because it's a Monday-Friday business district. Getting to places we wanted to go required longer and hilly walks that were sometimes difficult. Although the room was quiet, lovely and beautify, the mirrored walls were excessive, especially on the toilet room door. It is not pleasant to see yourself toileting, nor to have to see yourself virtually everywhere in the room. Finally, the rate is very pricey. It's hard to quite say that it's a "value" from the rate perspective even though it was exceptional in most regards.

The location was amazing, we were able to walk or ride scooters the majority of places we wanted to go. The staff was amazing and very accommodating, the housekeeping staff was phenomenal as well. The entire hotel was very clean and exceeded my expectations.

I have nothing bad to say!

The staff was VERY attentive and kind. The Valet remembered me from the night before and called me by my name when I returned back the next evening. The beds were super comfortable including the sheets, pillows, etc. The amenities in the room were also quite nice - good coffee and lots of water to drink, slippers, robes...

A quick checkout option would be nice so you don't have to go up to reception then down to the entrance.

The facilities are magnificent. The decor is tasteful and very sophisticated. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The location is very good. We had a little walk to Pikes Market which was actually very nice. Do beware of hilly streets if you are not used to it. For us it was a nice way to get moving.

The only complaint is that there was no housekeeping to speak of. The ask if you want an "eco-friendly "visit. I am happy to reuse towels for a few days, however, I don't really want to make my bed on vacation or reuse dirty tea/coffee cups. ALso the restaurant and bar are not fully open. The spaces are gorgeous so on the positive side I was able to use them to quietly write and had a beautiful scene just out the window. I suspect the newness of the property and the pandemic have more to do with these little shortcomings than anything else.

Beautiful room with reasonable views across the city. Could just about see the bay, although the view was very obscured.

This hotel was incredibly expensive and although nice, was not worth the money. We paid £1500 for 2 nights in a great suite, but I don't believe it was value for money. We had a buffet breakfast one morning and were appalled to discover, after taxes and mandatory service charge, the breakfast for 2 people came to £180!!!!! I cannot fathom how a buffet breakfast with no special orders could possibly come to so much money!
