The property and room I had was amazing! Such a gorgeous view and the location was literally perfect! I would like to give a HUGE kudos to “ALICE” at the front desk. She was beyond kind, generous and truly understanding. She had 100% to do with my incredible stay through her pure act of kindness and ability to read your mind as to your needs and mood. She did everything humanly possible to start my stay out with a very positive vibe and comfort! I could not say more about this wonderful women who proved to me that our world is still filled with good, honest, KIND people who truly want to make life better! Thank you Alice!!!

The property is located very conveniently and we were able to walk or ride scooters to every event we had planned for the weekend including a trip to Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle, and a baseball game. The rooms were very well designed and we felt like we had our own apartment in the city. The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating.

There is a coffee shop/restaurant/bar connected to the hotel but it didn’t have consistent hours and seems like a missed opportunity to make the stay even better.

The room, the location and the staff were all amazing. When Lamica (guest services concierge) found out it was my birthday she sent up wine and treats. This was so unexpected and very much appreciated. Her warm happy personality totally made this trip for us. The room itself was huge with an amazing tub. The location to the waterfront could not be beaten. We have already recommended Alexis Royal Sonesta to friends.

people were lovely. It does have a great location. The room was adorable with the separate settee. The bar on the property is quaint and well run.

NO coffee maker in the room and no restaurant on the property. I only discovered after getting dressed and making my way downstairs that there was a coffee maker in the lobby. It’s there until 10:00 or so. I noticed more hotels are shifting away from in room makers and it’s something I enjoy in my morning routine.

The location was great and the rooms were very nice. The staff was really nice, helpful with great recommendations and very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurants at this property were closed due to Covid, which was not great. We would have likely stayed elsewhere if we had known this. We ate across the street at Hotel 1000 4 times. We would have stayed there if we had realized. The service was great at our hotel, but we had to ask for coffee to be put in our room several times and could not seem to get more than 2 pods and cups at a time.

Great location to walk into Seattle centre. Friendly staff and everything was nice and clean. Lovely comfortable bed!

We were told only on arrival that due to staffing issues that there was no catering facilities available. There was no indication of this while booking, and the room rate was not adjusted to reflect this. The bar was also closed, and the free coffee was only available in the lobby in the early morning. There are no coffee making facilities in the room, and due to the previously mentioned lack of catering, breakfast had to be sourced outside the hotel. This is hopefully a temporary situation for them.

The Alexis Sonesta Royal Sonesta Hotel is an elegant boutique hotel located within walking distance of Pike's Market, one of Seattle's great destination sites. The room assigned to us (room 1445) was beautifully appointed, suiting our needs perfectly. Most memorably, though, the staff at the front desk were extremely kind, thoughtful, and helpful, from their cheerful greetings when we left and returned, to outstanding dinner recommendations (Vons 100 Spirits, down the block -- don't miss it), to their perfect handling of packages that had been delivered to us at the hotel, to their generous personal assistance in resolving an issue with an online vendor. The valet parking fees charged by the hotel are high, but this is a very nice, heavily trafficked area of Seattle, and I am not aware of any realistic alternatives if a hotel guest needs continuing access to a car. My family intends to return to the Seattle area frequently over the next four years (Go Huskies!) and will look forward to enjoying the beautiful accommodations at the Alexis Royal Sonesta as often as possible when we do.

I regret that the Sonesta chain does not award rewards points when the reservation is made through a third party, such as Booking.com, which seems to offer significantly better pricing than the hotel's website.

There were less options, like no restaurant available, just a limited bar. But the location in downtown to the waterfront and activities was really great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For some reason I was thinking there was regular parking available on site, but it was only valet, which was fine, and we used it. They seemed to have limited staff onsite so there was some extra waiting a few times, but they did a wonderful job.

Super great cozy hotel near Pikes Place market. It was a pleasure to sleep in this bed and stay in this room, as it was confortable, spacious and with veyr nice design. The bathroom was also very good. We used the Cardio Gym which was small but perfectly organized and full of great equipment to train. Congratulations on that!

Staff was ok, but I would expect a little bit more of friendlyness.

Our room was very large, easy for everyone to have their own space which was very nice after some long days of traveling. Great location. Valet staff was very friendly.

Construction around the entrance made it difficult to find the valet but once we did it was easy.
