The customer service was amazing! great location that was centralized to all the tourists attractions.

It was not disclosed that there is a $15 amenities fee per night that could be used for snacks. If you don’t use you’ll still be charged so we did but still should be aware if you’re staying.

Room is certo comfortable, real King Bed! Cable TV with good variety of channels, no noise from the street and good shower. I also like that once you pay for the Resort Fee, you could pick up a selection of products at the lobby, from bottled water to sodas and chocolate for example. wine testing is also another great way to treat guests too, from 5 to 6 PM, includes wineries from WA state in the menu, great way to promote local products.

Gym is small, doesn’t fit more than 4 people at the same time, but not an impediment at all.

Fantastic meal in the Tulio restaurant. Delicious food. Restaurant and hotel staff both amiable and attentive. Wine tasting between 5 & 6pm was a enjoyable and a very nice gesture to offer guests. Early check in before 3pm really helped us. Thank-you to the lady at reception.

The price of parking is extortionate. We parked elsewhere.

not been to a hotel where there is a $25 per day amenities charge and guest can choose how to apply the money eg $10 for drinks/snacks or tip to valet. prefer not to have the costs structured like this

Unfortunate that there was not a coffee maker in the room. Have to get dressed and take the elevator to the lobby to get some coffee there. A lot of cups to carry without a tray! Nice place, we stayed at the beginning and end of our trip, and they gave us a room on the 11th floor both times. Nice view.

Parking is expensive, but that's a fact of life these days.

It was everything perfect! The bedroom is very roomy, it was very clean, and the beds are very comfy! We needed some extra items (like an extra robe and a bottle opener) and they sent to our room in the same minute. The location is great, you have everything you want nearby. It is walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The public library was just crossing the street! I really recommend this hotel and I would like to come back next time I go to Seattle.

Cool hotel with character, a great location and a very comfortable bed. The room was large and clean, the staff was great and helped provide recommendations when needed, and it was easy walking distance to all of downtown Seattle. Would definitely stay here again.

Fitness room was a bit small, although fairly well equipped. It would be tough to have more than a couple of people in there at any one time.

Wine at 5pm

Paying for clean towels. We paid for 6 people and only were fiven four towels and had to pay for new ones the next night.

Loves the wine cork backdrop across the beds in the room. Location was great and I appreciated valet taking care of plugging in my EV so I had a full charge upon check out for the drive back to Canada!

No fan in the bathroom so it got incredibly hot/steamy when showering. Although coffee service is provided in the lobby, it would have been nice to have a kettle/coffee pot in the room.

The location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Parking valets very helpful.

They did not communicate that the room would only be cleaned (bed made, towels replaced) if requested. If I missed this somewhere during booking, it should have been expressed during check in or with signage in the room.
