The location was perfect; very clean rooms, with air conditioner. Parking was convenient, safer, and slightly cheaper than the nearby options. The beds were comfortable. They offered complimentary commodities we needed. Breakfast was nice on the first day but tiring to have for a week. They have a few microwavable food options, yoghurts, some fruits and waffles. Juices were too fake, but coffee was acceptable—an authentic yet affordable American Breakfast.

Breakfast could be varied, and parking cheaper. The receptionists are genuinely American - don't expect them to multitask.

Nothing, All good. Not intended to be a criticism but would it be possible for the hotel to arrange for a taxi to collect patrons from local places of arrival. I ask this as we arrived at Westlake Station at about 20.30, I, mistakenly, thought it would be easy to find a taxi, or at least a phone number. I could not find either. I am not suggesting that your hotel pay for the taxi just that it might be possible for your customers to phone you and you and you arrange a taxi, I appreciate this is not your responsibility.

Great location for a touristic visit to Seattle. Everything our young family wanted to do was within walking distance. There are a variety of food options close by for a variety of tastes and budgets. Our children enjoyed breakfast and the man in charge of breakfast was very kind and patient. It was the last leg of our journey, so the laundry facilities were most appreciated. We would love to return some day!

It was over our usual set budget. It was over by quite a bit. However, it was not more than similar hotels in the area. If our children were older, we might have opted for something cheaper, albeit further out. All in, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Jacked up prices for the Taylor swift concert. Parking was too small and stressful. Housekeeping was really loud outside our door the second morning from 8am on. We could hear them outside our room. They actually had to move their cart just for me to get back in the room after grabbing breakfast. And when leaving the room the second morning at 9:45 they approached us asking if we were checking out, like we were a burden on their time, even though we paid for the room. It made us feel like we were late getting out of the room even though checkout was 11 am.

Very comfortable bed. Fabulous staff; friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Great variety at breakfast. Liked having a fridge and microwave available in our room too. It was centrally located downtown and they gave us extended parking until 4pm after checkout while we toured Seattle. The business center was well appointed as was the lobby.

The room was rather small and crowded for 3 adults. It definitely could use some updating. But since we were there for one night it was okay. Wouldn't have wanted to be there for several nights though. The tub drained VERY slowly. There was a musty smell in the hallways and they were quite warm.

We stayed here for 2 nights mid-week and we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel had mixed reviews but for a family of 4, it was a good value with breakfast included. I was primarily worried about the mention of pet smell and hair in some of the rooms. My husband is allergic to pets. I called the hotel and talked to Carrie. She was very nice and made a note of my concern. We checked in early and Carrie was at the front desk. The room that she gave us was fine and we were able to checkin & go to eat lunch as well as start our touring of Seattle. Our room was clean and we like that the sink is separate from the bathroom with tub/shower and toilet. It’s great layout when there are more than 2 people in the room. There is a mini-fridge and microwave. The kids loved their freshly popped popcorn from the microwave as a night snack. The parking at the hotel is $19/day and on our last day, we were able to leave our car until 4 pm. This is great because parking is so expensive in Seattle. The hotel is a little outdated especially noticeable since it is surrounded by new high rise buildings. However, it is centrally located in many attractions and we walked all over Seattle (Space Needle, Pike’s Market, Pioneer Square, Seattle Aquarium, etc). We also felt safe walking from and to our hotel even at night.

The shower in our room was the best I've had, especially after a long day running around Seattle The area was really nice too, we took several walks. The staff was friendly and quick when there was an issue (just minor issue with toilet not flushing and they came and fixed this very fast.) The location was perfect for everything my family and I came to do, we even walked to pike place market.

I wasn't aware we needed to pay 19 dollars a day to park at the hotel but it was ok.

The room was big and very spacious. Beds were really comfortable and there was no noise from outside. Staff was amazing and they helped us in everything we needed.

I asked prior to arrival about parking and never got a replied. When I got there they charged $19 per night plus tax for parking. Dont expect a big buffet for breakfast. They only have a few things and everything is in packaging (sausages, boiled eggs, other breakfast items...)

The staff was very helpful at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious. Extra pillows were provided when requested.

The room coffee maker leaked, the ac unit was really loud and the carpet in the room was dirty around the edges and needs to be replaced. Finally, the breakfast area was too small and the selections were very limited. Also a second staff member dedicated to cleaning tables and chairs would be good.

what I liked was that I was allowed to check in early, and schedule a late checkout. The location was awesome. The staff accommodating and friendly. They even held our bags because we had a late flight out. The rooms were dark and dated making them feel unclean. The room size was spacious. Please update your property to mirror the nice area. You are long overdue for a makeover!

The rooms are very dated, dark and dingy. Brown, green and gold. Chipped furniture.
