The rooftop is AMAZING! Excelent location, I walked to Kerry Park and Space Neddle. It's 15 min by bus from the Public Market. The view from the room was really great

No free parking

The location was perfect in the Queen Anne neighborhood, just a few blocks away from the Space Needle and the Climate Pledge Arena (where the Seattle Kraken and others play). A slightly longer walk away is Pike Place Market and downtown shops. You can park here and walk/Uber around the city if you don't want to drive. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great TV, coffee maker, nice toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash), a fridge, and a microwave. There was a Safeway right across the street, so it was easy to walk over and pick up things if we needed them.

Parking was extra ($27 a night) in a tight basement garage. Our minivan was difficult to fit in the regular spaces, so the parking attendant told us to park in the disability spot; then we moved it the next day to an oversized spot (since we didn't have a disability pass), but we were called later that night and told we had to move the van because it wasn't considered oversized (height-wise). The staff was patient and friendly letting us move it, but when we did, there were still plenty of other oversized spaces available, and we weren't really sure where we could park. Luckily we found an open space on another level where we could finally fit.

An exceptional hotel with a charming view. A great location. A beautiful rooftop. And the strawberry lemonade is delicious! :)

Short walk to Climate Pledge Arena. Several good restaurants in area. Front desk staff had list of local restaurants with times of operation. Close to the Monorail and Seattle center. Lower level parking secure. Like having coffee available in lobby. Great lobby sitting area. Restrooms off lobby very handy. Friendly doorman and front desk staff. Nice rooms with comfortable bed. Great bathroom with walk in shower. Very clean rooms. Maid service was great but always at a different time.

Really slow elevators that should be upgraded. Would like breakfast restaurant in hotel. The only breakfast restaurant open early was the Mecca Cafe with poor service and long waits. Lots of groups in lobby waiting for cruises. Many homeless in area with trash on sidewalks. Did not like to see drug use in the open near our hotel.

Location was great. Walking distance Pike's Place and other sights.

There was confusion on getting a shuttle from the Airport to the hotel. I was not aware, nor is it notated on their website, that you have to make a reservation for the shuttle 24 hours in advance and the cost is $60. After a long day of travel it was frustrating to call the hotel for the shuttle only to find out I was out of luck.

Stayed here many times. Really easy to find by car. Great, seemingly safe and quiet neighbourhood with many restaurant and grocery options nearby. Mini-kitchenette is so convenient. Recently updated rooms. Very comfortable mattress. Large bathroom. Secure parking. Exceptionally friendly staff. Amazing roof top deck—so lovely. Coffee shop attached to lobby was very handy for an early departure. Definitely a fave place to stay in Seattle.

Seattle summer hotel prices are typically high and this was no exception—more than I’d prefer to pay but in line with other accommodations this time of year. Double beds are a little small for two people. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

Super accessible to all the “must-do” tourist sites, less than a 5 minute walk to Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens. Easy to get an Uber or ride a scooter to. The front desk was extremely helpful in storing our luggage for the day before check in so we could go and explore. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved that there was fresh cucumber lemon water and coffee available all day, and the Starbucks attached to the hotel was a nice perk.

The only complaint was that the hallways were extremely hot when leaving your room. Might just be me being sensitive, but I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. Beautiful rooftop views. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to several places to eat and a CVS to pickup essentials. Close to monorail and bus stops to get around town without breaking the bank on ubers/taxi's. We stayed 3 nights prior to our Alaskan Cruise. Hotel sets up with a shuttle company for shuttles to the port for $10 per person payable to the driver. Additionally, we had a late return flight after our cruise and the hotel graciously agreed to allow us to bring our luggage back after the cruise and they held it securely until we were ready to head to the airport. Allowed us to spend more time in Seattle without dragging our luggage around!

Thank you staff that we can check in early because we are very tired from driving from another city. 9. Top roof is beautiful but it’s interesting if you can open a small bar. 10. Internet is perfect.

1. Lobby is too crowded. 2. Car park has some bad smell. 3. Hall way are clean but lobby and entrance is dirty.there are many dust on the floor and many fly around. 4. if you can renovate lobby and front desk, it will be perfect accommodation. 5. Room is small for 4 people (double bed).

Location was fine - short taxi drive from Pier 91 - after a cruise we just wanted to relax before going to the airport the next day. Room was large with a walk in shower (big enough for a family!) with very good lighting in the bathroom - an illuminated large mirror and a smaller magnified shaving/makeup mirror. Coffee & snacks free of charge were provided in the room plus a fridge and microwave . This was the only hotel in Seattle (We stayed at 3 on our travels) which had free coffee and water available in the reception lounge. Less than a five minute walk - a large Safeway supermarket - so after our cruise we enjoyed having a cosy light ! meal in our room.. Friendly helpful staff - arrived before noon and our room was ready so no waiting ,

Nothing really - the reception and corridors perhaps need brightening /lighting up to match the fabulous rooms .HOWEVER the room was fabulous - bright & really modern - with air-con which was easy to operate.
