Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Close to everything in town. Helpful staff. Quick to respond to requests. Wonderful shower with great water pressure & hot temperature. Hotel had restaurants which is so convenient and even offered room service! Hotel served champagne & chocolates for our anniversary at no charge! What a fabulous surprise! Thank you!!

Overall, pricing is Expensive. Room service should go back to serving on carts with good China dishware. Restaurant on lower level served me undercooked chicken. Ugh. Customer service there was bad. Would not eat in that restaurant again.

The staff was attentive and accommodating; Had requested an early check-in and although it was not available when we arrived, luggage storage was available and the hotel texted us when the room was ready. Walking distance to Westlake shopping center (3 blocks); Monorail to Space needle in the same center. Able to walk down to Pike Peak Market, Seattle Aquarium, the great wheel, and Argosy cruises HOWEVER, the trip back is Uphill. The room was clean; Bed was comfortable. Did not eat breakfast as we had to leave to get to the airport before that service was offered.

Not enough bright lighting in the room. Courtesy Shuttle service to and from the airport and to nearby attractions would be nice, so as not to incur the additional cost of having to get an Uber or taxi. Self-service laundry would have also been nice. I suspect a lot of cruise passengers stay at this hotel post-cruise, so that would have also been nice.

This Hyatt Regency is really new, clean, and comfortable. It has a great location, view, and service. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Although it is not a 5 star hotel, its quality is better than some of 5 stars. If you are a person who prefers new hotels, this one is for you!

Comfortable big room, big comfy bed, bathroom with good amenities, nice shower and towels. We had the luck to have also a great view from our window.

The only downside was that the room had little lightening (no light in the ceiling in the main room); also the hotel charged for Amazon deliveries, which was not informed in advance (when I got to the hotel I asked in the reception about whether I could have purchases sent to the hotel, and nobody said a thing about the charges).

The service was incredible, our room was ready early and got upgraded with an awesome view of the water. Excellent location, close to lots of public transit to be able to get to our destinations with ease. Elevators were so fast and frequent, even with a busy weekend catering to a conference nearby. Really enjoyed the ease of Ride Share pickups right in front of the hotel and also the luggage check in was excellent and hassle free.

Not much food options around the hotel that was open on Sunday evening.

location is great. within 5-10 min walk to the Link which I took to and from the Sea-Tac airport only $3 each way. You can walk to take the Link to go to the Stadium to see a baseball game or concert , head out for an evening in Capital Hill or shop the Village at UC District or take it to the University ,so convenient and I found it to be the cheapest way to get around. there are also a lot of Veo and lime scooters and bikes to take as well. Hotel is about a 20 min walk to the waterfront wheel and Pikes place market . Friendly staff and clean room. Restaurant on the property was Andare was very delicious , they also have the market a grab and go place on I believe the 2 nd floor but closed early and there is also Daniels Broiler but didn't try that .

The service provided by the hotel is excellent. My requests were answered quickly and efficiently by everyone. The facilities are comfortable and extremely clean. The hotel is well located, you can walk to the public market and there are many shops, cinemas and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

I have nothing to complain about, just a suggestion the hotel could have microwaves in the rooms and offer more entertainment such as a game room.

Overall, location is good. Just a lot of nearby ongoing construction at the present time.

Understand the concerns with public restrooms in the common areas of the hotel needing to have card reader entry in order to keep people not staying at the hotel from using them. However, this can be problematic when having a meal at one of the hotel restaurants or arriving and trying to use a restroom just prior to checking in or just after checking out. Recommend alerting guests that make reservations at this location in advance of this public restroom requirement, so they know to request a key for each person staying in the room and to keep their key with them at all times when walking the hotel grounds.

the check in was excellent and the housekeeping was stellar. clean and fast

the woman with extremely short greyish hair running the bar on the 2nd floor at 9:30pm on September 12 (yes after the monday night football game) was very rude to us. She snapped at and argued with the customer (me) over nothing. She should not be in charge if she can't keep her composure under pressure. I get it. It was crowded with happy seahawk fans. She was out of line. to multiple guests. Maybe she needs a break. It changed my perspective on my entire stay ($1,220 total bill)

The bedding was fantastic and we enjoyed the view from the huge window. The TV was also huge and the room layout and lighting were well thought out. Excellent and efficient staff. The location was ever so convenient for exploring Seattle.

Not perfectly clean (the windows were smudged, dust in the corner of the room, dripped coffee marks not mopped up) but I'm being extremely picky..
