Lack of convenient power outlets. My wife and I both use CPAP machines, and their were only outlets on one side of the bed. Also, because the outlets were very worn, or because of they were multi-national type (accommodating both flat & round blades plugs), the plugs would not stay in the outlets.

Location is excellent. My family and I walked to Pike's Market for breakfast a few times because it's less than a 10 minute walk. We also got one of the best doughnuts in Seattle from Top Pot Doughnuts, just a block away! Walking to the Space Needle is only 15 minutes through clean city streets. We felt safe the whole time, although we only walked during the daytime so I can't comment how safe things may be at night. We did not have any problems driving in the area at night. From our room up high, we had an unobstructured city-view. It's exactly what one wants in a city-hotel.

What didn't I like? 1) The pool was out of commission for the week that we stayed due to a pool heater problem. That may just be our bad luck. 2) Check out time is noon each day, and with so many people sharing two elevators, elevators tend to stop at many floors during the busy 11:30am-noon time. 3) one of the garage door to the stairs in the parking garage is always closed to entry. This meant that we had to trek to the opposite corner of the garage to go up even one parking level. This gets annoying, especially when I'm carrying something to the car.

It was a great hotel for the price and location.

We booked a two Queen City view room, but when we arrived we were given a 4th floor room one king.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was elegant and spacious. I liked the shower head and the water pressure in the shower was just perfect. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave. Most hotels have them in the rooms. The location was good. The staff were friendly and hospitable. There was absolutely no housekeeping services. I’m not sure why. I stayed 2 days. The cable channels were good. The AC and heating were good.

I am not sure why my room was never cleaned. Also, a microwave would have been nice. Overall, it’s a nice hotel but $322 is not a good value for the money. For this kind of money, there should be more amenities, like a Keurig machine that some hotels have in the rooms, a microwave and housekeeping. Most of the staff were friendly, but not all of them were familiar with the surrounding area. I was also very surprised that there was no room service, only for breakfast at an extra charge. There was a restaurant on site but no room delivery. That would have been a nice option to have. It’s not always desirable to get dressed and go to the restaurant, especially after long flights or elongated excursions. Sometimes you want to eat and rest in your room.

A brilliant hotel! The breakfast was so tasty and we especially appreciated it knowing that the Covid restrictions can be difficult for hotels. The bed was super comfy - the view was incredible! Lots of hand santiser throughout the hotel too, which was very reassuring. We loved the location too. Very easy for us to get around without a car. And we could fit our bicycles in the lift and our room comfortably (we are on a bicycle tour - so this really made it very easy for us!)

Can't think of anything that we didn't like. It was a brilliant place to stay for our introduction to America. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool with hot tub is a really great feature for a hotel in this location. Very good shower in the room too. Location in between space needle, downtown and pike place so all are a short walk

A little dated to be fair but not bad. I like the place and would stay there again, our toilet blocked and reception send up a man with a plunger. He handed it to me and said there you go and walked off. I laughed and used the plunger myself but really come on 😂 No room service if staying 3 nights or less??? I saw this across the US on this trip, post pandemic squeeze on costs which I can see why but not a massive fan of. Yeah nobody died as a result but at least empty this bins please. North of the hotel up towards this space needle can be a little funky because of who’s on the streets, this is a Seattle problem and not much the hotel can do about it

We stayed in a city view on the 15th floor. The view was awesome, especially at night. We felt like we could really see seattle. Everything was pretty convenient, and the staff were exceptional. The location is walking distance to pikes place and you could keep your car in the parking garage until 3pm the next day. Loved the location even though we probably wouldn't bring the kids to witness the local street life nearby.

Although convenient, it was expensive considering where we usually stay in seattle but this was in the heart of downtown. Parking is secure but $50 per night. Breakfast was good but $50 for two plates and 2 coffees. (We had a simple seattlelite, which was bacon, sausage, 2 eggs, and hashbrowns. So nothing extravagant). Construction across the street woke us up pretty early, but Warwick couldn't help that. There was hair on the shower wall and something on the floor from the people who stayed before. Other than that the room and bed were very clean. Although it could have been cleaner, I think everything else is the price you pay to stay in the heart of town town.

The location is great, the pool was good. The bed and sheets were comfortable.

I know times are hard to find employees but quite frankly, I would have expected my bedding to be made, my room cleaned or at least new toilet paper and coffee to be put in the room at least once during a 5 days stay. It kind of is the point of a hotel, I feel. Other than that, the room was good (maybe the colors of the carpet and the walls are getting a little old but that's ok, really) and the staff very nice!
