The Paramount Hotel was a fabulous hotel and we had a great stay before our cruise. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. I liked that to use the elevator, you had to swipe your key.. made me feel safe especially in a big city. The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved the soap and shampoo smells and I actually stopped using my shampoo and used theirs! :) The staff at the front desk was so very nice and helpful! The restaurant attached to the hotel had a very good breakfast too! The hotel was a great location. We were able to walk to Pike Place Market a few times and walked to other areas and restaurants around the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

The only thing we didn't like was they were doing work on the building our first night/day there and we had paper over the window. But later on, when we saw a worker outside the window we realized why it was up... For our privacy! So even though we could not see out of the windows for the first day, we appreciated the measures taken for privacy :) So I wouldn't even totally consider this a negative.

We loved the location, we booked because it was close to the Paramount Theatre. The room and beds were unbelievable! Beautifully designed, nicely roomy for two people and the beds were like getting hugs after a long hard day...beautiful bed linens, very comfortable and lovely on the skin. The loaner bath robes were so convenient for the shower/bath and made us feel like we were on holiday...er....oh yes..we were on holiday ! We also enjoyed the front desk staff..especially Sean !! Great sense of humour, very helpful and goes above and beyond. Whatever it is you're paying him, he's worth his weight in gold and this also extends to EVERYONE who works there.

There was nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed the coffee shop and the breakfast room .

The room was a good rate considering the hotel location and proximity to all the nice places within walking distance. Close proximity to nice restaurants, pike place and the convention center. The staff was friendly and overly helpful. The room was clean and what we needed for our short stay.

.The Valet parking cost is too hefty. 57$ is much for an overnight. But we got parking for 30 bucks directly across the street from the hotel for 24hrs

Exceptional service, a beautiful room, and a lovely attached Korean fusion restaurant. From the beginning, the front desk staff were always friendly and quick to help (thanks for the last minute toothpaste). Then, the room had everything you’d need (comfortable bed, nice shower/bath, outlets everywhere, double cup coffee maker with surprisingly good coffee, a fridge, room safe, nice bathrobes, good temperature).

Gym and Wifi. I worked out in the gym and it was a little fluorescent-lit basement room. I wish it had been a better room, at least with some natural light, softer light, or just less of a basement room feel. Also, the wifi was unpredictable and would lose strength from time to time. I appreciated that it was free but not super reliable.

The staff were really great. Friendly, helpful and professional. I really loved the location of the hotel. The room was very nice. Lots of pillows and the bed was very comfortable. Coffee in the room was helpful. TV was great with lots of viewing options.

The parking situation was awful. On the Friday evening the lot across from the hotel was $40 set rate for an event until midnight, then I had to pay another $20 until 10 in the morning. The Valet parking was just so damn slow. The WIFI was spotty and a pain to use at different times. I called the front desk and it was resolved in about 10 minutes but then it happened again several times that I was not able to connect for some reason.

Very good location, easy to find and pull up to to drop off/pick up luggage, close alternative parking in the case that vallet parking is full.

The restaurant downstairs that replaced Dragonfish is pricey if you're rolling on a budget, that paired with a lack of accessible food spots around downtown (either due to wait times/budget/distance) makes it hard to find somewhere affordable to eat which is disappointing. If you plan on bringing most your meals for a long trip before hand like we did its less of an issue but it is something worth noting.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We had a corner room and the view was amazing. The room was huge with a big flatscreen TV. Great plug options everywhere to recharge your stuff. There was a coffee maker we didn't use, and a small (empty) fridge. Our room was super clean, with soft white linen and a great mattress. Wifi works reasonably well, the bathroom had a separate soaker tub and shower, and there is a café connected to the hotel for a convenient breakfast option.

Valet parking is expensive.

We enjoyed the location of the Paramont hotel. Just a few blocks from the hotel was the shuttle that took us to the Space Needle, the same for the shuttle that took us to the Mariners baseball game, and a few more blocks and we were at Pike Place Market. Stepping out and going one block in the opposite direction, you were at the theater where they were showing Hamilton. Continue heading in that direction and you are at the Seattle Starbucks Reserve. everything was within walking distance. We were able to walk to target and the Yard House, which is our favorite place to eat.

this property used to have a restaurant. We are thinking that, because of Covid, it is no longer open. It would be nice to have a restaurants or something available while you’re staying at the hotel Again, not really necessary because everything is within walking distance.

I really liked almost everything about this hotel. The breakfast restaurant was outstanding and very timely. I was there to visit someone in the hospital and the Paramount gave me a place of respite for myself. Very clean fresh!

I am conservative. Men dressed as women at the front desk was the only negative for me. It is also the only reason I will not come back to this excellent hotel.
