The location and room. The staff were very helpful. The view was exceptional.

Breakfast was overpriced especially the grab and go. The breakfast was one third of the dinner price and for just a sandwich and coffee. The pool was also not warm enough.

Location is amazing. Quick walk to Pike and the monorail station is right there.

WiFi didn’t work so had to call tech support a few times. Indoor pool is an echo chamber. Bring your ear plugs!

Very central . The room was fine but we paid for three guests and everything like coffee/ bathrobe etc was all for two people. When I contacted reception they gave us what we needed but you shouldn’t have to ask. Also safe wasn’t working in room excuse was they were doing up the hotel. Not good enough. Television wasn’t working on the day we arrived. We stayed twice so after us complaining the first time. We were upgraded to a higher floor on our return visit. Thou it was the same with having two of everything and having to ring down when there were three of us. Otherwise fine

The pool area balcony needs to be cleaned with the birds hanging around .

The room was centrally located in downtown Seattle next to all the posh retail and light rail. The room was spectacular in its spaciousness. There was a deep tub and the sheets smelled so clean. The pool was also very nice. It was warm and clean. I was able to swim laps and do water aerobics. The staff was also kind, courteous, gracious and knowledgeable. There was a robe in the bathroom!

Everything went really well. The only thing missing was a snack. An apple, some fruit or a cookie would have been nice.

Location was great. Service was fine. But charged 50$ for ONE night of parking..

accidentally clicked the wifi button and had to pay 15$ extra without realizing it.

Staff was amazing. Room was clean and updated. Excellent central location, super easy for us to get to Lumen Field via the Link (?) train. Lots of blankets on the bed, which weren’t needed at the time but usually there’s not enough so I was happy about that.

The first room we were assigned to had a view of a concrete wall so there was no daylight coming into the room. My mom complained and we were reassigned to a different room that was much better.

Loved the soft comfortable sheets on the bed. Shower was great. The view of the city was wonderful. Hotel is located in such a great location to Chihuly, Space Needle, Pike's Market. The bartenders were amazing cocktails were top notch. The valet guys were awesome! They gave us suggestions for dinner, told us about the Monorail, etc. A great experience and we would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Seattle. We used the gym and it was definitely a nice gym for a hotel!

We loved the hotel! everything was nice. Your employees were really attentive and nice. Just wish someone had told us about outside the hotel. And food court.

The price of the meal was outrageous to me. Wasnt told if there werre anymore eating places around the area. 1 burger, fries, onion rings and mac cheese 2 teas to be $53 was ridiculous. so the next day we went walking around knowing we would never eat at the hotel again. Seeing the trash and empty building, grafetti, and homeless and pandhandlers walking around really made us nervous. Walked to Pikes Market and it was not like i remembered from 2007 less vendors and cost more.. Found a little convience store and got snack foods. Someone there recommended the food court by the Space Needle. Thats who provided us with our meals for 2 days.

great location, great views

The room was lovely BUT when we arrived there was used dental floss on the floor by the couch and plastic condom wrapper under the nightstand. There was also a long black hair on the toilet seat. We requested for the room to be vacuumed 3 times over the two nights we were there and it was never done! After complaining the 3rd time the manager gave us a $100 room credit which was nice but it was still disconcerting that our room was never vacuumed or cleaned properly! We hope our next stay will be better!

The Westin is the perfect spot to stay whenever we visit seattle it’s centrally located to all the places we like to visit. wether we are walking to climate pledge or taking a scooter to pike place or hitching an uber to t mobile park. we love yo stay at the westin

i didn’t love the room we stayed in this time. i prefer the slightly larger room, but it was not a big deal at all
