Beautiful

The ridiculous “night light” refrigerator was like an interrogation light all night.

Location: Great right next to Westlake Station sub way and near bus connections. Room: Premium King Room was excellent Room 901. The bed was EXCELLENT! Pillows of down were a nice feature. Had a great sleep. Didn't have really a view but room had a sitting area, large bench for luggage, bar area, safe that was great. Staff: Helpful especially Gladys at front desk Ambience: Excellent, nice smaller hotel, art deco feel and a great bar area.

Not a big issue, but there is no vanity storage area and the sink is so small that water drips all over from just washing hands let alone your face. Also the shower is small so to start the shower you get wet. So cautious to turn your shower head facing wall. We had water everywhere. Would have enjoyed a microwave in room or somewhere on property as we like to have own breakfast, being Celiac it helps. Secondly, not fault of hotel is that it is close to area where alot of homeless, drug people hang out and sleep. So we were told to stay on Pine Street. We were never bothered but you do see alot of unfortunate situations.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and bigger than expected.

the bathrooms were small and the AC rattled a little wised there was more amenities or place to have a drink near the hotel

Great location, beautifully presented hotel and rooms were a good size. Staff were friendly and it was very safe. Close to train station and transport links - and a short walk to Pike Place Markets one way, or buzzy East Pike/Capitol Hill bars and eateries in the other direction.

The attached bar and restaurant was closed (only a minor really) and one of the two elevators was broken for duration of our visit, so often a long wait in mornings. Nespresso machine in room was a nice touch but would have loved tea.

Beautifully decorated hotel. The staff went above & beyond, giving us an upgrade for our celebratory weekend. The service all weekend was impeccable. The room was huge, with lots of light fixtures and a Nespresso machine. As soon as we walked in we felt valued & welcomed. Their restaurant had just re-opened and it was fantastic. Please don't pass up dinner there! Overall this hotel is worth the stay and $$

Only complaint is the TV- we had to crank our necks a bit for it as it is off on a different but it wasn't make or break- minor detail and won't be an issue if you're out exploring the city :)

With just one exception, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, the staff people were a 12 --Gladys and people who move the cars in and out, help with luggage were exceptional! Better than any place I have stayed since Covid. They have fabulous baked goods and excellent coffee starting at 6 a.m. so I did not have to spend time going out for breakfast. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

I was upgraded with out requesting it, which was wonderful, HOWEVER, I do not know what the room I reserved would have been like. Also, they have a handheld shower option which is hard to operate--the regular shower head was excellent, thank goodness!

- Installations are beautiful, brand new and well curated. The room is very confortable and nicely decorated, with art photos and design objects. - It is located very close the Westlake Station, very easy to arrive from the airport, Amtrak or Greyhound buses, easy to reach main touristic attractions (you can get the monorail to the Space Needle and it is a 15 minute walking distance from the Waterfront) and nearby many nice shops and restaurants. - The staff i very friendly and attentive - The service was far beyond my expectations as I paid a really reasonable price.

- There is no breakfast included (but there is a small cafeteria to buy and other are nice places around to eat). - The hairdryer was not working.

Chosen for location without being supersized chain hotel. Was perfect for Downtown, nice walk to water front and easy access to the monorail and light rail system. Rooms are avg for city hotels, not spacious but have endured smaller in NY. Good shower in bathroom.

Room could be a bit larger ideally but it is city centre. Coffee was excellent but I do drink alot and only 3 cartridges in bedroom decaf/full. Had to pick more up at front desk, were free but ideally more in room would have been good.
