I cannot express. The guy is from Egypt. He is the bellman .I wasn't out of my uber. It was a bit rainy. He was there with an umbrella. And had my luggage taken care of and he was so nice. There was a line because ww were all cruising 🛳 soon..he went and got us water and explained the restaurant. He deserves a raise. He was pleasant the entire time I stayed. So, was the staff. My friend was on another floor . So, she wanted me to move. The manager came himself to shoe me the room. To see if I approved. I am booked to go again next year. And I will stay there again.

When I ask for a print on my bill the staff told me about the parking ticket and ask if we park I said no we use the rail and we did no use the car so he credited us 72 dollars for parking and I appreciate that Also when we go there our reservation was only 1 bed and I reserve 2 bed So the staff just ask for additional rolling bed and move us to another room with better view of the ocean It was better for 2 bed but we took as long as there is a bed for us

It’s expensive even the junk food We did not use the breakfast that I paid

The location right across from Pier 66 to our NCL Encore cruise, perfect, bar could be open later as we didn't arrive till 10pm and it was shut, used it fully the next night though. Reception staff were amazing, but I really need to give a shout out to MJ who went over and above his duties, was so helpful, funny, professional at the same time. helped us loads with lots of things.

Shaka at the front desk was amazing! She really made us feel special, going the extra mile with just about everything. I've never been treated so well, and I felt like a king.

There was no pool and no mention that there would not be a pool. I specifically requested that particular hotel because of the pool and the balcony, and I was upset that there was no mention that the pool would not be available. Also, when we first arrived, they gave us the wrong room. The room had no balcony, and I specifically requested a balcony. Luckily Shaka was there and immediately fixed the problem.

The location was wonderful. The hotel room view of the ocean and piers was spectacular. Very close to the famous market and shopping. Near great dining. We enjoyed walking along the ocean right outside the hotel.

No self parking, we had to pay valet daily. The pool temperature was on the cold side. If it had more features like a sauna, steam, and hot tub.

The room and view was beautiful.

The total price of the room was high and the food options at the facility, from the hook and plow restaurant, their lounge, and even their on location food lobby had outrageous prices. You could get a simple cocktail and pay $17 for it. Understandably you are likely paying for the location but having some of the cost of the food slightly lower would have been nice.

Very nice room - large, clean, very comfortable. Great waterfront location - easy access to Piers, Fish Market and other attractions.

We were not informed of the ongoing construction adjacent to our room until the end of our 3:30 AM check in. Hammering, drilling and other "cannot sleep through" noises began at 8 am each day of our stay. Additionally, it was difficult to reach the Front Desk - many attempts (allowing 15+ rings) went unanswered. Lastly, was unpleasantly surprised by the need (and costs) for valet parking.

location is great for getting to popular visitor attractions, the cruise ships and the ferries. 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. stunning views from the water front. staff all incredibly lovely, friendly and helpful. food at the bar was really good. served till late too

the 2nd floor was being refurbished, which meant the walk to and from the pool and gym wasn’t great. brilliant the hotel has a pool, but it’s small and tired. perhaps part of the renovation plans?

everything! even the breakfast was amazing! Staff was just on point and couldn’t be more happy to help you in a dime. Valet is very attentive and no more than getting from our floral on the 3rd floor to outside our car was pulled up waiting. Uber and taxi quick and not that expensive. Waterfront view from our room was phenomenal!

No windows to open for air flow, didn’t get a balcony room .

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was clean, and beds comfortable. Great location, with a short walk to the harbor area, and a do-able 20 minute walk (uphill) to Pike Place Market area.

Room was a little cramped, but then we were 5 people in one room, with 2 beds and a rollaway. Valet parking extremely expensive, so we found a grage down the street for less than half the daily amount.
