Great location , great rooms , wonderful gym and steam room .

When we checked in I went to the car to grab our luggage and my wife went to the assigned room .When she opened the door she noticed the room looked occupied and realized there was a man sleeping on the bed . She quickly went down to alert the front desk of the mistake and they upgraded us to a higher floor room . The issue was she was very shaken up by this mix up and it took most of the day for her to get settled. We realize errors happen but this is a slip up that should not happen as we trust we are walking into an empty safe room .

Location was great, hotel was very nice overall

Not having housecleaning was our biggest complaint. We were there for a full week without service, clean glasses, new towels, more coffee, etc without haven't to beg someone. Not sure what the reasoning behind lack of cleaning services is. COVID was the reason I'm sure but that shouldn't effect service and stays anymore. Would have been an exceptional stay if housekeeping was daily (or even once).

I believed that the room would be $400. Then maybe $500 with taxes. I didn’t understand how it averaged $750 a night. Resort fees? I don’t remember using there being even a hot tub.

Very well appointed hotel. Rooftop bar is a destination in itself. Location was excellent we could walk to all of the main attractions. Staff was very nice.

Getting transportation to the port was chaotic even though we had reserved a ride ahead of time.

Dominik at the front desk was excellent. Greeted us by name very time we entered or left the hotel. He made check in process very smooth and held our bags as we arrived straight from the cruise ship. We were able to take in the sights without lugging everything with us. Loved the big room. Very spacious. Loved the big bathroom and big shower. Location made it easy to walk to all our destinations like Pikes and the malls. Liked the extra security at night to get into hotel and up to rooms. Liked the bagged ice available. We could just take a bag to chill drinks in our room. Better than filling a bucket with a noisy ice machine. Rooftop bar had stunning views

View from room was the parking lot which was unexpected. Restaurant in lobby was closed for dinner the 2 nights of our stay but we found other options off property.

Great location, nice decor

housekeeping had to be requested due to COVID but during our 3 night stay no one came to empty the trash cans which are microscopic. I requested garbage pickup but it never happened. This made the room feel dirty and cramped.

staff, beautiful property, location

Fogroom was 21 and over, I was traveling alone with my son, it would have been nice to have a lounge area to relax and have a cocktail/refreshment without having to go back to our room. or at least keep the seating for the breakfast area open all day, we could take something from the “snack store” and sit there…

The facilities were great. The staff were very pleasant as well. Though the food was unexpectedly expensive, it was well prepared , tasty and served well. The housekeeping was spectacular- everything sparkling clean.

The coffee was terrible , especially of note in a city renowned for its superior coffee. The charges were also confusing and the explanation offered , though I ‘m sure it made sense to the person explaining, was not clear to me. In the end I just paid and left with a negative feeling.
